Staff ewre friendly and helpful.

shower was moldy

Close proximity to shops and restaurants. easy access to boat trips onthe lake which were beautiful. Helpful staff. Breakfast good by european standards.

Very noisy with trains just behind the hotel. Room with a balcony wouldbe nicer also tea and coffee facilities would be good. OK for ashort stopover.

A clean and functional hotel that was good value. A short walk from dowtown Stresa it was sufficiently away from the hustle and bustle to easily find by car and to find a park outside the hotel. The staff were friendly and spoke adequate English. The buffet breakfast was adequate and on par with European standards

We were on the top floor and the room was a bit warm and the air conditioner did not perform as it should.

I booked a superior room for 3 nights. The light over the sink did not work, the sink did not drain away properly, the toilet did not flush properly, the bath/shower door was broken and there was nowhere for the shower head to attach to the wall. The room was dirty with pubic hairs in the bath. On the second night the bed collapsed during the night, despite speaking to reception they would not give me an alternative bed or room until the following evening. I was given a twin when I had booked a double. I got no apology from the hotel nor was I offered any discount despite not being able to get a proper night’s sleep due to the state of the bed. Breakfast was of a very poor standard with little choice. The hotel receptionist was rude as was the manager. Of the 27 hotels I have stayed used over the years in Italy this hotel was a whole league worse than any other I have been in. Quite simply a disgrace.

Jessica was absolutely wonderful and accomadating. She went out of her way to take care of my needs.

It is a well managed Hotel . Staff is very kind. TV have good tuning.

Their Cappuccino is orrible ! My suggestion is to have the breakfast outside the Hotel it will be much cheaper and more tasting.

Lage, Aussicht und der freundliche Service, besonders der Frühstücksservice machen das Hotel zu einem perfekten Standort für unbeschwerte Urlaubstage um Stresa und die wunderschöne Gegend zu erkunden!

Cet hôtel ne mérite pas ses trois étoiles . les chambres sont minuscules, le mobilier de la chambre et la salle de bain sont d'un niveau plus qu'insuffisant. La moquette est usée et tachée.... Seul le petit déjeuner était correct . la situation géographique est bonne bien qu'il n'y ait pas de parking.

Belle vue à condition de prendre une chambre supérieur au 4 ème étage. Très bonne situation à 2 pas du lac et de la gare. Hotel rénové en bon état. Petit déjeuner satisfaisant. Fin septembre stationnement aisé et gratuit au pied de l'hotel.

Insonorisation insuffisante.WIFI Payante au bout d'une heure, mais de toutes façon ça ne fonctionne pas bien! Tout le personnel n'est pas capable de délivrer les codes d'accès.

Wir haben für 3 Personen 2 Zimmer gebucht, mussten aber noch für eine Person das Frühstück zahlen. Dieses Arrangement haben wir nicht verstanden.
