Great Location in center of town, close to Fruit Market .good breakfast, the Hotel stuff .

I loved how clean the hotel was, including the rooms. The maid service was excellent. You could borrow bicycles free of charge from the hotel which was very useful and which we took of advantage of twice. The staff were very friendly.

The hotel is placed on good position. Distance by walk to all key famous sights it's up to 15 minutes.

Everything was as it should be. Excellent

Beautiful hotel with nice, clean and cosy rooms. Extremely central to everything we wanted to see. Fast and professionel service. The beds were perfect

As also mentioned by other guest the breakfast was a disappointment. Most because we got instant coffee and lemonade instead of real coffee (which you expect in Italy) and real orange juice. These are small things to correct for the complete experience of this lovely city. Further; In the rooms there is no chair for reading although space is available.

Helpfulness of the staff and convenience

Found the room a little small although adequate. Would upgrade to a superior room next time

I changed the dblroom to a sglroom, and it was the same price which was too much for 1 person

the location of the hotel was very good, as we expected according the information we got from the costumer reviews. the staff was kind and helping.

our room was unbelievably small, the smallest I have ever seen in a hotel -eventhough I mentioned in the booking that we were going to stay with our 4 year old daughter. and it is said to us that our room was a standard double room! the breakfasts were pretty poor.

Dit hotel ligt dicht bij station en toch op wandelafstand van winkels, restaurants en musea.ideaal als je er alleen maar overnacht en ontbijt.Personeel was vriendelijk,ontbijtruimte charmant.

Kamer 110 bleek een krappe kamer met douche .handdoeken werden dagelijks ververst, bedden opgedekt, maar vloer van badkamer kon properder en vuilbakjes werden op zondag niet geledigd.

De locatie, midden in het centrum van Florence, hoewel niet makkelijk te bereiken met de auto

Parkeergarage was te klein. Dit werd opgelost door ons een plaats in een alternatieve garage aan te bieden (andere exploitant) tegen hetzelfde tarief (24 EURO per dag). Bij vertrek bleek dit 30 EURO per dag te zijn vanwege het formaat van de auto. Een onaangename verrassing, we moesten 2 dagen afrekenen, dwz 60 EURO. En je kunt niets beginnen, want het is jouw woord (op basis van de belofte van het hotel) versus de garagehouder. Dit soort tarieven weet je liever van te voren.Kamer aan de kleine kant
