Good hotel in perfect location

helpful friendly staff, good location, good breakfast would go back

I liked everything

The very friendly and courteous staff who spoke English very well and were always willing to help us with a friendly smile. The location of the hotel was very good for all of the things we wanted to see and do in Florence.

1) The location -- near the great central food market, a short stroll from the Duomo, and, really, a reasonable walk to all the major sites of Florence -- is very excellent. Especially for the price (considering that Florence is an expensive city for decent accommodations). 2) The hotel staff is excellent. Everyone we dealt with at the desk was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and has good English. 3) Considering that Florence has a lot of accommodations with tiny yet expensive rooms, the Botticelli is excellent value. The rooms are not large, but they are not claustrophobic either. If you have stayed in some of the shoe box rooms in Paris, you know what I mean. 4) There is central air conditioning, with individual room controls. Unlike quite a few hotels in Italy, it works, it maintains a decent temperature throughout the day (and we were there during an unexpected September heat wave), and it's quiet.

staff was great - good location if coming in by train or bus

coffee served at breakfast was not good Room facing any street are noisy in daytime and early morning dust and dirt under beds

The fact that they had no WiFi services in the room was a huge disappointment. They claimed it was broken however I do not believe they had it for thr rooms at all. They did offer it in the lobby if you wanted to drag your laptop down.

The best thing about he hotel was the staff who were all very friendly and had all the information to hand. Very impressive.

I think the breakfast was far too basic and lacked anything hot. When travelling on a budget you need to make the most of a breakfast that is included in the price and I was disappointed.

Hotel muy agradable y familiar, en una zona muy céntrica y no demasiado turística con buenos restaurantes al lado. Personal del hotel muy simpático

замечательный, уютный, гостеприимный отель! было приятно во время дождя сидеть на терраске и писать этюд с видом на купол дуомо. прекрасное оформление комнат, порадовала столовая с гобеленами и маленькими натюрмортами в старинных рамах, лестница, уводящая в подвал, и круглая медаль над ней с портретом лоренцо великолепного. очень приятно общаться с персоналом - всегда приветливым и готовым помочь. в день отъезда нам разрешили оставить вещи до вечера и мы получили возможность ещё день свободно передвигаться по любимому городу. завтраки вкусные: кофе с пенкой, круассаны, кексы, фрукты... спасибо! было здорово.

Localização, atenção dos funcionários, limpeza.

Nada a criticar. Apenas a descrição no site do hotel de como chegar vindo de trem pode ser mais simples, ao invés de entrar na rua Nationale, basta sair da estação, seguir pela direita da saída indicada até a altura dos fundos da igreja Santa Maria Novella, dobrar à esquerda e seguir sempre em frente, a rua termina no hotel!
