Location was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, comfortable and very plesant.
Due to the roadworks and the traffic, there is no drop-off point for the hotel and the taxi dropped off opposite and we had to cross the busy road with our luggages to get to the hotel.
The location of this hotel was faultless, 2 minutes walk from the Duomo. Our room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble, even the cleaner greeted us every morning with a cheery smile & Buongiorno was everything ok with our room! Breakfast was the usual that you would find in Europe, cold meats, cheese, rolls, good selection of cereals and yogurts plus scrambled eggs & bacon. This hotel was faultless.
excellent location: next to the duomo and the public transfer stations nice staff, good breakfast, classic italian coffe
Noisy, but it is normal in the center of a big city like Milan
The room was nice and clean with a balcony. Bathroom was nice as well. It is a small pastry/coffee shop. Good for a short tourist stay.
WiFi was not working and I was on a business trip and hence my stay was made extremely difficult to stay there. I chose the hotel only because it offered Free WiFi. Breakfast was very limited although mentioned online as a large buffet spread.
The place was extremely clean and a giant room! The bathroom was a large as most hotel rooms are! We even had a balcony with a great view looking onto the street and shopping area.
The entrance was a little weird and hard to find (in the cafe on the ground level). Once we found it and got to our room it was incredible!
Location is just next to the Duomo. Good location for shopping as well. Rooms are very spacious and well-decorated. Clean and light rooms.
Very noisy from outside as rooms face tramways and window glasses are very thin. Breakfast is less than moderate. Wifi was too weak to be accessed from anywhere except lobby
the hotel has a very good location. Clean and friendly rooms and really comfortable and huge beds.
The bad part of the good location is the noise from the street. But it was ok for us.
absolutely too noisy. there is non stop very loud noise from the street so impossible to sleep well.
Location was absolutely excellent (close to the main attractions, La Scala Opera House). Nice bedding. Corinne, the staff member, was nice and helpful.
Walls of the room and the bathroom were dirty. Coffee for breakfast could be good one day and bad the other. Very noisy - the doors of the balcony were not good adjusted and soundproofed. The garbage smell in the elevator. General feeling about the hotel is like the repair was not finished - still some marks on the floors and the smell of construction materials inside the room and in the halls. Feeling of minimalism is keeping you all the time - I will better have the real hotel next time than the addition to the restaurant.
I only liked the location (next to duomo)
* Impossible to sleep (the tram is 5 feet away from the room). As a matter of fact, it was like the reservation was in the sidewalk not in an hotel. * no air condition before may 1st (all other hotels have air condition). * no drinks in the bar * stayed 5 nights with only 2 nights of wifi *no lounge in the lobby to relax (only tables and chairs for the restaurant they have) *598 euros per night for this hotel is crazy (it is barely a 3 stars hotel) * poor breakfast * poor service * poor entrance( took us 30 min to discover the hotel entrance) Definitely the worst experience in my life...
1.The hotel front desk personnel intended to take double charge although cancellation page from internet was showed up. 2. No lobby 3.Very small elevator
The location of the hotel was great
1. There was no wifi in the hotel rooms (only downstairs in the bakery) and this was the main reason we chose this hotel! 2. It didn't have any reception/lounge only a bakery which was closed at night, so no place to go except your room. 3. The AC was not working even though it was mentioned on the website it had AC! (they said it starts working in May) I was travelling with a 7months pregnant friend who needed a bit of cooling in the evenings (to open a window was no option at night as we were on the busy street with a lot of noise). 4. One day we came back to the hotel early in the afternoon and there was a man from the bakery upstairs showing random people our room!! And then with a laugh they said; Oh I am sorry this is your room?" Well...Yes?? Some privacy maybe? (You would think they would check which rooms are empty to show potential costumers the rooms?) 5. Breakfast was very bad (especially considering downstairs was a bakery!), the variety was very poor, and you could tell they did not put any effort in this. One morning they didn't have any eggs, we asked them if they could maybe boil 2? No not possible..Well thanks guys! 6. The morning of our last day we had to leave at 7:30, we have mentioned this the day before. Even though breakfast starts at 7am (as mentioned in the hotel room) when we went downstairs they haven't even started on setting the breakfast (7:15am)!! You would have thought they knew we had to leave early so at least you would prepare something for your guests?? (this is a boutique hotel, so it is not that they got a lot of guests staying). 7. We have mentioned all the above to the management team...but nothing was considered for us! And especially travelling with a friend who is 7 months pregnant I think they could have at least tried to make it a bit more comfortable for us. Nope they didn't care. We were very disappointed with our treatment and stay in the hotel.
Well i dont know if you will believe thats its not a hotel i dont know how booking .com is including it in its list , it is a cafe and above the cafe there are 10 rooms " suppose to be a hotel " and if you want to go inside the "hotel" you should pass through the cafe and in front of costumers of the cafe with your lagguages . No lobby of course but thanks for staff which is the only good thing in the cafe
AC is not working.. Noise The hotel is actually coffee shop turned to hotel The details provided in booking does not reflect the real situation.
location is good & central, large rooms
but right in front of tram line working all night. Sound insulation is clearly deficient breakfast buffet is clearly not 4* boutique level, rather 2* motel
Central location, clean & staff friendly
The coffee shop & location
The room was very nice in a central location right next to the Duomo and lots of restaurants and transport stops. The breakfast was delicicious Staff were very helpful and went out of the way to provide information
The room was very expensive, this was the city centre but even so, the price was much higher than in other city centres. The lobby was also shared with the cafe so there was no real lobby, just a desk in the cafe. One has to enter the hotel through the cafe.
extremely noisy, you can't sleep at all
هذا الفندق مثل فندق صح النوم الي كان بمسلسل غوار. لا يوجد لوبي ولا شي يدل انه فندق. هو كافيه مع ١٠ غرف بالدور الثاني .
First of all this is not a hotel its a motel, i really was surprised how booking.com value the hotel as a 4 star. Actually its a cafe with rooms on the second floor. It is a very old building. Noisy all the time because of the street. There is no lobby. In small sentence dont even try to stay 1 hour in this hotel.
Very nice and clean
Good location . Clean room .
Very expensive comparing with the service . Too much noise in the room from the road outside . Poor and cold breakfast ! They had no bread in the breakfast ! We never come back to this hotel again !
Good location, nice view from the breakfast room, comfortable bed, light design
Noise and vibration from the tram; no reception at all, it is not pleasant to make checkin/checkout at passageway; no help with the luggage. In general - price is for 4stars, service is for 2 max
clean, large (I was upgraded to the suite) and modern room, v central location, free in-room wifi
non existing hotel hall, you enter into a bar and then there's a lift to access the rooms. noise from the tram being on the first floor, poor in-room food, no breakfast buffet and served in the bar open to the public
Perfect location, close to the dome and 2 minutes from the metro station Duomo. God breakfast Nice coffeebar and god restaurant on ground and first floor.
Some noise from the tramway at night
