Location is amazing, right near the Trevi Fountain. It is conveniently located near restaurants, major tourist attractions and close to public transit.
The room given to us was quite cramped but I guess it is to be expected from hotels in all metro cities where space comes at a premium. The decor is quite dark due to the liberal use of stained wood throughout the room (panelling, closets etc).
The location was fantastic, staff were v friendly and helpful.
Room was well equipped, very comfortable and quiet from any street noise.
The location is perfect, near to everything. Breakfast is good.
Location Accommodating Staff We were unsatisfied with comfort of beds ... There were no other rooms available, hotel staff member was very helpful and found other hotel with better ACCOMODATION for us ....
Uncomfortable single beds Not suitable for family of 4. Smell on ground level and lower ground level (smelt like broken sewerage pipes) Unfriendly staff member in dining room No hot toast available Not a good choice of breakfast menue
The beds were very uncomfortable, the breakfast was rediculously bad and some areas of the hotel smelled realy bad.
Location, step outside to shops and restaurants.
The shower head which kept flying off. Dangerous. I would not say the staff were over friendly. The stretcher bed I slept in because I was the third person.
Location of hotel was perfect and rooms were amazingly quiet even though hotel is in the centre of Trevi area. Good value for money hotel
Unfortunately in initial room there was a bad sewerage smell but were moved and upgraded quickly to another room which was appreciated due to the circumstances
Spa bath,and nice sized rooms.staff helpfull.very clean.
WiFi hit and miss.
Bedding and paint on walls needs to be refreshed. Breakfast was below averaged considering cost of room.
The shower head that nearly killed me, the fold out bed, the dark panel wood walls, on and off wifi, staff do not go out of their way at all.
Location and nice staff
Towels are old, no tv channel for live football coverage
The front desk people were very nice and helpful. They allowed me to leave luggage there while travelling to Southern italy. Room was a nice size to accommodate 2 adults and 2 adult kids. Breakfast was included and had a nice selection. Service staff was really nice as well. I would go back again.
Location and room were excellent. Breakfast was good
Bathroom was in need of a refurbish. Lack of Tea making facilities
Perfect stay, perfect location, wonderful staff, good breakfast, beautiful rooms and very clean. Its true location 1 minute from Fontana Di Trevi. Next time I will stay again Boutique Hotel Trevi.
Rooms not clean. First night there staff was very unhelpful. Only one person on duty ( in whole hotel ) at nite so if you need something you're out of luck
The location is simply perfect, the superior room was one of the Best in my life! Breakfast good enough, desk helpful, and polite. I had two options, this hotel and the Trevi Luxory ... I have checked that Too, It was a very very good decision!
No Negatives !!!
the staff was excellent
the breakfast would be much better
Room was big enough for 4 adults. Location was excellent and right in the middle of everything. Staff was helpful and friendly.
Wi-Fi at times was spotty, but if you called the front desk they would take care of it right away. Would have like to see a little more options for the breakfast, but what was there was good and fresh. The shower was a little awkward and took a day or two to figure out how to not flood the bathroom.
Great location , very nice room
Small bath , not good reception of WIFI
The location is fantastic. All the shops and restaurants are within distance. You are in the center of Rome, and you can walk to most tourist sites. The staff was fantastic--super helpful. Our room was a suite and spacious. very nice hotel....will return.
WI-FI is spotty.
Great location! Walking distance to many Rome attractions.
No passenger car access for drop off and pick up. Street noise. Bathroom shower an adventure. WiFi unreliable.
We were in transit so only stopped for one night. The hotel was a bit cramped feeling and breakfast needed shifts so that people could get into the small dining room. The quality however was excellent.
The location is perfect. The room was beautiful. We stayed in a triple room and it was lovely. The shower pressure was wonderful. Option of varied fruits for breakfast made it easy for us to encourage our little one to eat a healthy breakfast.
The breakfast was standard pastries cheese and ham and the coffee was horrible. There wasn't enough seats so a lot of the guests were waiting for breakfast.
