Staff were always very polite and friendly and also spoke excellent English. Room was very well presented and nicley decorated. The fat Ozzie woman who was staying in the hotel, but the hotel couldn't do anything about that could they...???!!! |

The location of the hotel was perfect. Just a few steps to the Trevi Fountain and two-three minutes to Parthenon. We had room 201 which was really lovely and spacious. We enjoyed the complimentary continental breakfast in the cellar, which you could also have in your room, free of charge. Staff were friendly, helpful and polite. |

Very central location, good breakfast and helpful staff. Also the hotel felt like brand new. The bathtub was leaking. Every time we used the shower there was small flood on the floor. |

The location is fantastic. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the staff very helpful. The bathrooms were small with nowhere to put your toiletries. Also the shower rail was very flimsy and did actually break. |

Location was amazing. The safe was broken in the room and I asked for it to be looked at, but no one came the whole of our stay. The bathroom would flood everytime you too a shower. There were no hot drink facilities in the bed room |

Excellent localization, rooms and food. There was a leakage at the bathtub. Every shower would almost flood the bathroom. |

Excellent location next to the Trevi fountain, busy street but no traffic so it had a lovely atmposphere. The hotel rooms were very clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again if we return to rome and will recommend it to all of our friends. |

Location and friendliness of staff stand out for particular mention. Despite being close to major attraction, rooms quiet. Breakfast excellent - food fresh with good selection to suit most tastes Probably would like room to be brighter - walls dark wood and room at back of hotel so little natural light. |

Hotel spotlessly clean, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good, plenty of choice for a continental. Room comfortable and very quiet even though overlooking main, busy thoroughfare. Excellent location to Rome centre and Trevi Fountain. We would stay here again. Lighting could be better in room and bathroom. I'm a poor sighted traveller!) |
