Good location

Difficult to find, unfriendly staff, heating was switched on only for 1/2 hour every night - was really very cold in the suite

Rooms were nice and size of the double bed was good Quite close to the port if you are planning to take a ferry

Very far from the station (nearly 2 kms) Difficult to find the hotel as localites had not heard about it

The location is perfect We asked for a quiet room, we were given a room that didn't have its window on the streets and it was very quiet Rooms are very big and nicely decorated

This is a lovely place. The rooms were very nice and the staff very helpful. Breakfast was simple but nice. The hotel is in a lovely historic building with apartments and offices within. Location is ideal for the port. There are plenty of restaurants within 10 minutes.

This place is the hardest place to find on the planet. Had we received directions to it then we would have saved ourselves hours wandering the streets. When we telephoned the hotel they could not explain it very well. Beware - when you get to Piazza Bovio and you have the direction of the train station behind you the hotel is in a block directly in front of you. There are no signs at all but there is a buzzer at the bottom to gain entry.

Placed in an large elderly, fine building at 4. floor. Originally a large flat. Fine rooms. Breakfast continental, but ok. A bit difficult to find (take a taxi from station - and be sure to have a fixed price 6-8 Euros). Its near harbour and many fine small restaurants - and the pedestrian streets - take the funiculars (mountain trams) up to the casttle)

checking out was very poor. Staff who didn't speak english and who didnt know how to handle the check out process. No change on site to pay for the few items ie water purchased from the mini bar

it is near the main street, so it is a little bit noisy in the evening.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is very good for exploring Naples, whether by foot or by public transport.

We were given the wrong room initially and had to change after two days.

The hotel (actually, several rooms on the 3rd floor of a luxury appartment house) is centrally located. Our room was neat and spacious enough. The personnel was very helpful.

Cleanliness generally good, with the exception of mildew in the shower cubicle. Air conditioning not powerful enough to deal with the heat of the Naples summer climate. Hotel entrance not obvious.

Bovio Suite is in excellent location. We followed the instructions in other reviews and easily found the hotel. The room was very nice, the window and small balcony was with the view on the big square so you can feel atmosphere of the city. We were met by a very friendly woman, she recommended us some interesting spots in the city. Next day other woman didn’t speak English but any way she tried to help

If you prefer a quite place better to choose other location.

Excellent location, 5 min walking to the port and piazza Municipio. The hotel is placed on the 4th floor in an old but very well preserved and beautiful palace right on the square. The area is quite busy and safe at night. Rooms (suites) are spacious and clean, everything looks brand new, toilets are big, completely renovated and equipped with all necessary amenities. Breakfast is quite rich for italian standards, polite staff. All in all it exceeded my expectations. Excellent value for money. Will definitely stay there again.

good location near the harbour and the innercity. we were early (7 o'clock, boat palermo) but find a good café, opposite bovio suite. bovio suite was easy to find. no problems leaving the cases in the reception area at this early time. we didnt get a front door key but there was always someone at the reception. rooms were good, breakfast was good

Good location. Near the University Metro Stop.

Found it too difficult to sleep at night, even with the shutters closed. I could hear the traffic outside all night.

Excellent place. this is the heart of the city.

It is a lovely small place down near the port where the ferries leave. It is a bit hard to find nice places to eat around the hotel but there is lots of shopping nearby. We had a nice view from our room but there was a car alarm on the street below going for 2 days that no one did anything about which was a bit annoying. Breakfast was simple but enjoyable.

It was hard to find even once you are at the address. You go through the door and to the building on the right and then up in the lift to the 4th floor and then up a short flight of stairs. Its really nice once you are there though.

We caught the "Alibus" from the airport to the harbour. The Alibus runs every 30 minutes and costs 3 euros. The walk from the port to the hotel took 20 minutes. To find Bovio Suite, look for a large wooden door which faces Piazza Bovio (Bovio square). Next to the wooden door is a panel of buzzers with names next to them: one of them is for the Bovio Suite. There is a lift to the Bovio Suite or 102 steps for the more energetic! The rooms are very clean and have antique furniture. The air conditioning is very efficient and very quiet. The hotel staff were very accommodating, but spoke little English, so have a phrase book handy.

Bovio Suite was difficult to find even though we knew to look for a large wooden door.

Nice hotel, located in the hearth of the city,friendly and helpful staff make you feel at home. Great value for money, and I warmly reccomand this hotel to the poeple who is going to stay in Naples. 10+ !!
