We liked modern rooms, rooftop swimming pool, views from rooftop pool overlooking beachfront. Wi-fi was not free in public areas - when we asked they wanted to chargse us 2 euros per hr. Very limited parking, had to pay 7euros per day and put ticket on every day by 8am to not get booked. no welcome booklet in room, none of the services were offered in room or reception, they dont show them anywhere. only leaflet in room was to offer beauty treatments. No toilet on 7th floor where swimming pool is, have to go to room for toilet, no towels at pool. Receptionists were nice, it looked like the older lady lerking in the back was the manager, she never smiled, just walked around looking at you or lurking in the background, looks like she needs a break!

nice sundeck on top of the building with tiny pool. Staff unfriendly basic breakfast with no variation Free internet in not free and You have to get new code in reception every our??? Price for this hotel does not match what you get.

La camera era molto bella, nuova, letti comodi, tv gigantesca, vasca da bagno grande e soprattutto camera insonorizzata (meno male visto l'affaccio su viale colombo molto trafficato). Bellissimo terrazzo. La colazione: TERRIBILE!!!! Non possono servire una colazione così carente in un albergo bellissimo come questo!!! Il pane era del giorno prima, prosciutto cotto scadente, "finta" nutella (...ma non si può!!!!...per qualche cent. in più meglio comprare quella vera!!!!!)...insomma era molto trasandata. Peccato per noi la colazione è molto importante...anche più del bellissimo albergo.

Tutto al meglio dal primo secondo di ingresso in hotel a tutto il soggiorno, camera spaziosa bagno luminoso colazione ricca ma la vera scicheria e la piscina all'attico dove grazie le belle giornate abbiamo goduto dello spettacolo del tramonto.Bellissimo

La posizione centrale e vicina al mare.Ho alloggiato nella dependance che è una palazzina di fronte all'Hotel, che da molta indipendenza, comodo il parcheggio adiacente anche se a pagamento 8 euro Il bagno non aveva il bidet ed era molto piccolo, il frigo bar potrebbe anche non esserci visto che al suo interno c'erano solo due bottigliette d'acqua.

E' bello perché e' nuovo e fatto con bello stile, anche se non con materiali di qualità. La cortesia del tutto carente, rapporto qualità prezzo non coerente, colazione non all'altezza, anche se noi avevamo una bella camera non sono tutte così, il fatto che fanno pagare il 100 percento anche i figli " la nostra di 5 anni".

Dejlig stor balcon. Stort badeværelse. God seng. Super pool på toppen af taget med udsigt over Middelhavet og bjergene. Det ville ha været perfekt, hvis ikke det var for nedenstående.. Der var en forfærdelig lugt på værelset. Det virkede som om det kom fra airconditioneringen. Der lugtede af RÅDNE dyr! Blev nød til at lufte ud om natten. Det var ikke til at sove i den stank. Der kunne heller ikke køles ordentligt ned. Tror anlægget helt skal skiftes.

mi è piaciuta molto la vicinanza alla spiaggia e la meravigliosa piscina al settimo piano. le titolari e l'intero staff, per quanto educati e corretti, non sono gentili come ci si potrebbe aspettare.

Wij zijn aangekomen op maandag prachtige kamer zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, de klanten zijn vooral Italianen, geen Russen zoals in Forte di Marmi, wij hadden half pensioen genomen, de eerste avond was het gewoon, niets speciaals maar de volgende dagen hadden wij telkens keuze tussen verschillende gerechten, elke dag werd het beter, wij hebben een prachtig verlof gehad en niet tegenstaande onze leeftijd (79) beiden zullen wij graag teruggaan, onze schoondochter is Pisane en kende het hotel.

La déco des chambres , zen et fonctionnelle la situation , proche du Lido et surtout la piscine, sur le toit, magnifique, et peu fréquentée.... Le personnel de réception, plutôt rébarbatif....

Freundliche Mitarbeiter Zimmer und Frühstück wie in einer Jugendherberge. Preise wie im 5 Sterne all incl. Hotel. Leider ist diese gegend nicht mehr bezahlbar, schade

nur das essen und freundliche Bedienung Es ist absolut nicht zu glauben, ein 3 Sterne Hotel zum 6 Sterne Preis, Zimmer wie in einer Jugenherberge, eng , zu kurze und zu schmale Betten, Badezimmer ohne Platz sich zu bewegen. Aber für alle sollen die Gäste bezahlen. Italien , keine Reiseland mehr, hier will man nur Geld für nichts. Dies war unser letzter Besuch. schade.

Très bien situé, à 2 minutes de la plage, plusieurs très bons restaurants à proximité le long du bord de mer. Fenêtres très isolantes, on n'entend aucun bruit venant de la rue. Le personnel n'est pas des plus sympathique. Peut mieux faire. Heureusement qu'il ne faisait pas trop chaud, car l'hôtel coupe la climatisation à 2h du matin jusqu'au petit matin..!

Hotel très confortable et chambres très agréables. Ambiance familiale et conviviale. Menus de la pension complète variés. Jolie terrasse et piscine au 7e étage avec magnifique vue sur la mer et la montagne. La climatisation qui s'arrête automatiquement à 5h du matin...(?) sans nous demander notre avis.

Fijn hotel met een prima ligging voor het doel dat we hadden nl. sightseeing (Lucca, Cinque Terre, Cararra) en (later op de dag) strand. Toeristisch, maar vnl Italiaans toerisme en dat is net weer anders. We hadden een rustige kamer met balkon en zicht op zee aan de achterzijde van het hotel.

Struttura alberghiera carina con camere appena rifatte, cameriere molto disponibili anche per cibo senza glutine Depandance vecchia con camere piccole, non avvisati che c'era una parte distaccata dell' hotel e personale alla reception un po' scontroso

Camera pulita e davvero spaziosa. Buona cucina con una discreta scelta di piatti sia di mare che di terra. Un piccolo consiglio. La mattina a colazione utilizzare le bustine di zucchero invece che delle zuccheriere. Molto spesso lo zucchero rimane attaccato al cucchiaino e non è bello da vedersi.

Ottima la posizione Personale poco disponibile e cordiale. Non si può inoltre far pagare Un Giorno in più di parcheggio perché partiamo nel pomeriggio ( parcheggio vuoto)
