Good location, neither too far from the train station nor the city centre
Extremely grumpy check in man
Wi - Fi was quite fast Comfortable bed Fridge in the hall Very clean toilet
They doesnt clean floor
Room smaller than showing booking.com Staff is not kind to customer
Nothing. I'm not even being sarcastic. Everything was terrible.
Things wrong with this "hotel": - The front desk guy was incredibly rude. - The bathroom didn't have a door. - There were toenail clippings on the beds. - The internet only worked in the lobby. - We could only pay the tax in cash (which we never saw in any other hotel so it probably was a scam of some kind). - Far away from the metro, at least 1km. - No safe place for luggage.
breakfast wasnt so good..very poor choice
Staff were extremely rude. Entered our room when told not to. Anytime we asked for anything our response came with groans and sighs. Travelled around Italy for 8 days and was least impressed with this hotel. Definitely do not recommend staying there.
The hotel was surprisingly nice and clean compared the price. We walkd from the center of milan (The Duomo Cathedral) to the hotel in about 20 minuets. And it was easy to get to Linate Airport both by taxi (cost 18 Euro) and by bus (had to change public bus one time to get there). We were in at 3 persons room wich was very large and everything was very clean - however a bit outdated. You can by breakfast for 3 Euro per person - not anything special, but you get full. Only ting is that the breakfast shal be eaten in the room. I would stay here at any time again and can highly recomend it if you want to stay with at very low cost.
The breakfast was simple, but good and cheap. The staff was helpful. The rooms were clean and the shower was great.
It was hot and we couldn't open our window. The cieling fan only helped a little. The lighting was a bit uncomfortable. The wifi was very weak at certain times of the day.
Very basic not cheap accomodation
Good Price for a triple room compared to other hotels in the area. Receptionist helpful.
Was not impressed with the look of breakfast so ate elsewhere. Reception was on the 4th Floor of a poorly lit building. Door frame of room looked like it had been removed at some stage to gain access. Did not feel 100% secure.
I would prefer for a sunlight. The room was so dark and only one light available.
Easy to get to and quiet location. Open 24/7 so great if you get home late. The staff were really helpful, spoke good English. Very comfortable. Close to a Carrefour supermarket and opposite a local bar/ cafe. Great wifi!
The staff was horribly rude and unpolite Not even a Hello
staff...not friendly or very helpful. the bed...worn out completely. lighting....lousy. don't bother going.
Good location, clean, quiet, low price, good access to the city center, courteous service
Too small bathrooms
Quite near the center, we walked everywhere except Navigli. There is a super nice place for breakfast or coffee Il Capitano Rosso 5min away. Try it - they have sooo many delicious things and friendly staff!
Rooms are old and warned.
Very close to the center and public transport. Very friendly personal. Nice opportunities for breakfast, dinner or coffee nearby. Supermarket on the street comes handy.
Slightly thin walls and doors, so you hear your neighbors when they are a bit loud.
Apartment. Good for you couple!
Budget place to spend one night, nothing more. Basic furniture, but rather new. We had a balcony (little one, but still), double bad, TV, Wi-Fi, breakfast (optional, €3). Personnel is quite polite and helpful, available 24/7. Pretty close to bus 60 stop (30 meters), which goes directly from Centrale FS to San Babila (close to Duomo). Have shover inside the room, only WC outside. Budget place like it should be.
There is a very strange elevator (the smallest I've seen in my life. It was for max. 3 persons, so if you've got some baggage you need to travel several times).
Good price for the sevrices, nothing more to expect. 24/7 reception, no problem to go out and return whenever you want.
Too noisy, even closed windows didn't help from the street noise. Map of the city for 0.5 eur :)
The building was fabulous and the room spacious. Very clean. Value for money, excellent. Staff helpful. On a low budget, this was perfect.
The room was clean; there were towels and toiletries; free wifi. Definitely a good choice for budget travellers who need only a place to sleep for 1-2 nights.
There was a strange noise coming from the sink in the room that woke us up in the middle of the night.
The room was gloomy, the blankets were made in the 20th century
Walkable distance to center
The connection of wifi is not good! It is better if stay near the reception
The staff are nice and responsible，and the price is good!
