The Hotel Ducale is right next to Rome's Porta Maggiore historic gateway. The bus to/from the Termini Train Station stops right outside the property.

Hotel Serena is set within walking distance of Termini Train Station, which is just around the corner. The area offers many typical restaurants.

Residenza dei Quiriti is a small, cozy hotel which enjoys a great location for visiting the Vatican City, a 5 minute walk away. Metro stations are situated just around the corner.
Score from 268 reviews Good
Wi-fi was good and the hotel staff was nice. The place has a nice European feel and is walking distance from the subway and bus stops to most tourist locations.
The hotel does not have or "allow" irons. I was instructed to use the laundrymat somewhere down the street at 11pm at night... The television was small and didn't work ether.
Very good location 10 minutes walk from the main train and metro station. Quiet area especially in the evenings. Friendly staff. Basic breakfast which is served from 7am.
A little old equipment in rooms, small single beds, old bathroom. Not a lift for first level so this is a problem if you have big luggage. Slow internet connection.
The hotel is in the heart of the city, close to train station, museums, and other scenic points. Great breakfast with scramble eggs Staff was friendly and helpful Room is spacious
The room was bit dark
nothing at all (sometimes the city of rome is too crowdy)
The location and value for price relation, in general very nice staff, especially ladies in the breakfast area
One of the receptionists seemed to be rather unhappy about his job. Fortunately, the remaining members of the staff managed to make it up for him.
Rude and impolite staff. The walls of the room were dirty and full of mold. The room was ugly and smaller than the one booked. The bathroom had an old aspect. The shower was defective and rusty. There weren't enough towels and toilet paper. The lady that was preparing the breakfast didn't seem to respect the minimum hygienic measures. The staff shows little respect for the cutomer.
Location was perfect, breakfast olso was very good. It was strange to read reviews about bad wifi - it also was very good.
The Manager was trying his best to have everything in order. He was surprised (like me) when he saw on my bill that the Receptionist charged me 100 euro (the hotel commission for the booking.com ??) because I had to checkout earlier. Anyway I was glad for having back the rest of my money.
Breakfast could be improved. The Receptionist with withe hair and glasses charged me 100 euro for the checkout earlier.
The breakfast is good. The Location is OK. Not very far from Termini station.
The wifi signal is lousy in some rooms.
The services, food and the room was too small. No A/C and it was included in what we paid. The wifi connection was really bad..the amount we paid is not fair, expensive and not worth..
WiFi is not working. The breakfasts were not so diversified.
You could hardly move in the shower, the room was very small and the beds were quite hard. I wouldn't go back.
Very central, near Termini station, next to important bus lines, easy to reach. Felt very secure. Staff was very nice and helpful, everything was clean. Good value for money. Room had TV and small fridge. Internet speed was ok.
(Single) room was a bit tiny. TV was very bad quality (old), fridge had no mini bar (drinks). Bathroom too was very tiny (uncomfortable). Walls were not soundproof (could hear next room talks and noises). Breakfast didn't have varieties. (Coffee was american style.)
the location is not far from the central station which the center of Rome
the bad wifi
The breakfasts were fantastic. Room simple but very clean and double glazing meant it was quiet.
Bit further from the centre than I had realised.
The friendly staff at the frontdesk
I had hayfever whenever I stepped into the rooms, because of the carpets and the materials on the walls.carpets were very dusty!
Staffs are helpful. Bed is comfortable.
Far from train station by walking. Mundane breakfast.
Location was good, away from the noise of city center.
The Wifi was not good, they signals kept fluctuating.
- the woman who keeps the breakfast - wifi was working ok
- very very cold at night (december) - the water in the shower is also cool and never hot - if you open the window you will hear very noisy sound of pumping station - the room was rather dark - the stuff was very unfriendly when I came (young one), the next day was an excellent man - very old elevator
The location is perfect, the room was very clean and quite. The bathroom was very clean. Definitely very good value for money....recommend for any solo or couple
The breakfast didn't have much varieties
close to train station close to good resteraunts
Beds were so very hard, body sore in morning. Decour very dark.
