Location to everything and short walk to metro and bus station

the staff was friendly and helpful. the check in receptionist gave us all the information we asked for and the night receptionist made us some coffee, when we were leaving for the airport, at 5 am.

the room was very small and old, but to be fair, bearable of its price and of its location ( it's quite near to Termini station)

Bathroom smells really bad and the room is very small, it's a wast of money

Nothing to like here...choose it if you want to feel uncomfortable, all the bad things written by other reviewers finally came true...even though I thought they were exagerated before arriving here. Pictures are photoshoped for sure...you should see the elevator, it's like back in 1900..

Small and dusty room, too much noise around from outside (buses) and from inside (you can hear neighbours showers and wc); Beddding was dirty, with very old blankets without sheets on them, that are not washed; If you look on the aircon in the ceiling you will see plenty of dust that gets spread allover the room, and you will feel the dust in your nose when you get up in the morning. Breakfast was too simple, only one sort of ham/cheese, you have to ask for refill the plates cause the personel it's not willing to do it by themselvs, no eggs\scrambled eggs, no toaster, and for three days there were no croisants and cheese. Towels in the bathroom were like those used in the kitchen, incredible poor service for a three star hotel...See all reviews on other websites as well, and believe all the bad things...cause they are going to happen there...

Everything was great really I enjoyed it ad te stuff or service or the room everything was great, I highly recommend it.

I sometimes wakeup late so hope brekafast be till 11:00 AM :)

breakfast wasn't very good the hotel's staff hardly speak English the double room we had was very old and dirty

The location was excellent close to termini station. The receptionist was very helpful and even the breakfast was ideal.

The breakfasts were good and the staff were very friendly and helpful about sightseeing options, tour buses, Roma passes, etc.

The road outside was very noisy unless you kept your windows closed.

The front entrance was quiet promising however once inside all expectations quickly drop. The breakfast was enough and what I expected and again with the room. Not too expensive so really what you pay is what you get. The staff where all friendly as well.

The lift.... I think its a prototype of the first lift ever invented.

location was good , very close to termini , maybe only a 10 minute walk , rooms were small but cozy , the breakfast was ok , cleanliness of rooms acceptable as per requirement,

size of the places allocated for breakfast is not enough with the capacity of residents, the drain of the bathroom in my room was blocked in our 1st day , but was repaired afterwards

The toilets stink a bit because of poor ventilation

Staff friendly and very helpful. Location near enough to all transport into the main city area. WiFi worked okay. Good restaurants and supermarket nearby. Breakfast adequate.#Normally secure onsite parking, but that is being refurbished at present and the site inaccessable..I would stay there again for the price.

The single room 'with gardens view' I asked for would have to be the smallest room anywhere outside of a prison or a monastry. I had no problem obtaining a larger room from the staff at the same cost. The elevator does not service the 1st floor, only the ones above. #Until the on site parking is re-opened, it is a nuisance having to park in the surrounding streets which are regulated parking ticket areas

Good location: close to Termini, a few nice restaurants around, close to main tourist attractions, good transport availability. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast.

Small rooms.

Takes 20 minutes to walk to trevi fountain 35 minutes to the colosseum and 45 minutes to the Vatican but taxis are cheap and the hotel gave us a heads up about a place to eat at night so all in all very good. Flew with Ryanair and was dreading it but legroom was good no check in queues and luggage went into the profile no problem.

Room where we stayed was Noisy but were so tired after walking all day just slept right through. Could do with a bit of a re-furb but we are not fussy so not much to moan about at all.

The staff were friendly and helpful.

Wifi was difficult to obtain t=in the room and we needed to go to reception to get connection to internet. No aircon in room.

Le parking qui n'est pas vraiment un garage privé, difficulté pour garer la voiture.

Hotel en general bien buena ubicación cercano a la estación de termini. Habitación no era muy grande pero bien y el baño normal aunque la ducha si que es pequeña. Desayuno es todos los dias lo mismo no cambia nada la verdad.

Personal un poco serio y algo saborios en el trato.

O dormitório é bom e não está tão próximo das estações de Termini e República.

o banheiro é pequeno demais e o box é minúsculo, muito desconfortável para tomar banho. O café da manhã não é bom, só te produtos industrializados de baixa qualidade.
