1. Our room was overlooking Via Lazzaretto, the side street where trams operated throughout the day and night. Tram lines were very noisy and made it difficult to sleep.2. Aircon (advertised) did not function. We had to keep window open which added to noise problem in 1. 3. Limited breakfast - no fruit or meats. People were buying their own meats and bring down to breakfast room.
When I had to do The check out I Asked can I print off My boarding pass,(had to pay 3 Euros) and Their pc had a virus and Also Their printer didnt work! Worst nightmare! Staff wasnt Nice at all!
Friendly, helpfully staff, good placement
The breakfast would be more kind of dishes, but the quality was good.
Clean and spacious room & bathroom not expensive, considering the city and the three stars
I had to go through an emergency situation but the guy at the reception did not seem to take it very seriously. But I have to say that my judgment may have been impaired at the time. Nevertheless, our bags were looked after when we were at the hospital. No elevator.
Excellent service and price. Restaurants and supermarket, park and trams close by.
Very noisy refuse collection in the street during the night!
Friendly staff. Clean but very basic rooms and very simple breakfast. Cannot expect more for this price.
Easy access to the tram line to the. Enter of Milan. 15 min. Walk to il Duomo.
Breakfast room had a long wait. Very hot- air conditioning needs updating.
The gentleman staffing the front desk, Maxmillian I think his name is, was excellent in taking care of our needs.
The hotel room was small, but that seems to be normal for Italy. wi-fi internet connection was spotty and not reliable and costs extra.
solid cleaning every day
very poor internet connection and additional payment for this service
Location, super market across the road
Tiny room (203, no space to get off the bed from one side), Dirty (walls), Noisy (inside because of thin walls & outside because of gaps in aluminium panels (what a waste of double glass)), Breakfast (minimal).
location great clean and comfortable rooms
the lady in the reception.
Breakfast could be better
the location-the staff
I liked the position of the hotel. It was about 10 minutes walk from the metro and one stop to Duomo.
I didn't like the room. It was small, the walls were dirty, the bathroom was ok but the water flash (plastic) was broken from a side and the toillet dumpster was broken..also the hotel had about 30 rooms, maybe more, and the breakfast area had only 8 tables. When I asked the manager where should we eat he said you will have to wait for an empty table, bad really bad...not a good value for money at all..
nice staff, location
no wifi, little beds
Too thin walls. Bed is not so comfortable
A very rude guy in the reception.
the location, not far from the central station and even not to fare from the center
not very clean, a lot of noise.
There was broken handle to the toilet and shower cabin doors were not working properly. The breakfast was very limited, only sweets.
It was warm in the room. Good breakfast.
Trams under the window.
The staff was very kind and the prize was excellent. The room was not bad and it was very clean.
The hotel is small and it is situated just next to the tram line, which involves continuous noise. The wifi is expensive and the breakfast was poor (the second day of my stay I had it outside the hotel). The room was nothing special, and the furniture tore itself to pieces as you touched it.
- The poor repeated Breakfast - no good wifi signal and we had to pay 3 € for 24hrs.
