The first impct after check in was me carrying up the stairs my 23kilos weight suitcase!!! Room was old and small. The bathroom was falling apart. Wifi connection only at the reception area!!! The owner along with their friends were having dinner ordering pizzas and making rumor disturbing people at the first floor(including me) Breakfast was more than poor!!! A lady asked for another croissant and the waitress replied that were only one 1 person!!! I did had mine she didn't even offer the one spare. Checking out I asked for some help to bring down the stairs my suitcase...the man at the reception claimed that had heart helpth issues in order not to help me...!!!!I will not sugest it to anyone!!!

Breakfast is without vegetable, fruits or ham, but for this price you will not expect anything else and you can bring it to the room. Thats perfect..
Friendly personal with special mention to Massimiliano who works during a night. Friendly and helpfull. Cleaning of the room was excellent. Location very central easy to reach many nice restaurants around.

1. Our room was overlooking Via Lazzaretto, the side street where trams operated throughout the day and night. Tram lines were very noisy and made it difficult to sleep.2. Aircon (advertised) did not function. We had to keep window open which added to noise problem in 1. 3. Limited breakfast - no fruit or meats. People were buying their own meats and bring down to breakfast room.

I had to go through an emergency situation but the guy at the reception did not seem to take it very seriously. But I have to say that my judgment may have been impaired at the time. Nevertheless, our bags were looked after when we were at the hospital. No elevator.
Clean and spacious room & bathroom not expensive, considering the city and the three stars

The hotel room was small, but that seems to be normal for Italy. wi-fi internet connection was spotty and not reliable and costs extra.
The gentleman staffing the front desk, Maxmillian I think his name is, was excellent in taking care of our needs.
July 14, 2014
very poor internet connection and additional payment for this service
solid cleaning every day

Tiny room (203, no space to get off the bed from one side), Dirty (walls), Noisy (inside because of thin walls & outside because of gaps in aluminium panels (what a waste of double glass)), Breakfast (minimal).
Location, super market across the road

I didn't like the room. It was small, the walls were dirty, the bathroom was ok but the water flash (plastic) was broken from a side and the toillet dumpster was broken..also the hotel had about 30 rooms, maybe more, and the breakfast area had only 8 tables. When I asked the manager where should we eat he said you will have to wait for an empty table, bad really bad...not a good value for money at all..
I liked the position of the hotel. It was about 10 minutes walk from the metro and one stop to Duomo.
