The hotel was clean, comfortable and covered the needs of its mainly family clients. The food was simple and good. The staff often appeared hurried and somewhat flustered. Reception appeared under-staffed, coping with paper-work, arrivals and departures, queries and a bar. Often there was only one person, sometimes two in the area. I personally was invited into the reception area to use their computer to find my own train times and connections! It was something I have not experienced before. This is not a criticism however, rather purely an observation. |

garden and very quite area. Close to beach (5 min walk only) First room we got was small and had a very tiny balcony. Staff was willing to change us to another room ,garden view and huge balcony.Please profide chairs on the balcony! |

One of the poorest price / quality ratios ever. Breakfast was one star quality, Cannot really recommend to anyone. We stayed in three other hotels in Elba and all of them were much better than this one. They only want to take your money away. Service was terrible. |

Location was great but glad we hired a car to see the whole of this beautiful island. Hotel was fine, room was a good size with little fridge. Staff were very friendly. Would definitely go back. Pretty basic in some ways but good value. |

Ottima posizione, essendo in zona tranquilla e nel verde, ma vicinissimo al mare, raggiungibile a piedi in dieci minuti. Ottimo rapporto qualita'/prezzo. Per tutto il soggiorno, e quindi anche di notte, c'era un rumore di fondo continuo proveniente dalle cucine, probabilmente un grosso vecchio frigorifero (o condizionatore). L'isolamento acustico della nostra camera era molto carente: si sentivano i rumori provenienti dal bagno contiguo nonche' le voci nel corridoio. |

Ligging dicht bij het strand. Mooie tuin met aangelegd tennisveld Het personeel was zeer onvriendelijk en weinig behulpzaam. Vrij standaard kamer zonder balkon & zonder airco wat zeer warm was 's nachts. Geen internet. |

kamers zijn wat grootte betreft goed.Kamers worden goed schoongehouden. Hotel op luttele minuten lopen van een lekker zandstrand in een gezellige baai, zonder massatoerisme. Het personeel kan zich wat meer open en gastvrij opstellen. presentatie ontbijt en diner, m.u.v. het diner op de feestdag, 14 augustus, erg amateuristisch. |

il fatto che fosse posizionato nel verde con larghi spazi esterni il fatto che la prima sera ci hanno assegnato una camera diversa da quella prenotata con una scusa qualsiasi e che poi la stanza assegnata fosse una doppia con lettino e non una tripla, con evidenti carenze di spazio |

Ho apprezzato (facendo solo b&b), la colazione, abbondante a buffet, e la tranquillitò del posto. Un suo punto di forza è la centralità, come gli altri hotel di Procchio, rispetto al resto dell'isola. L'arredamento e il bagno non sono più tanto giovani e alla moda, ma comunque la pulizia c'è. Inoltre il prezzo del soggiorno era un pò alto (capisco comunque il periodo di alta stagione). |

Piccolo parco giochi per bimbi, anche se in medie condizioni di mantenimento, presente ruggine. Colazione di scarsa qualità, spesso abbiamo preferito farla fuori. Orario di apertura del ristorante non adeguato a persone in vacanza, dalle 8 alle 9:30. Personale delle pulizie molto rumoroso la mattina. Spazi comuni un pò trasandati e polverosi, vedi scale con moquette consumata e sporchetta. Camere stile anni '70, vecchiotte e poco accoglienti. Scarso rapporto qualità prezzo, non ne vale assolutamente la pena, evitate il mese di agosto! |

Umgebung (nicht direkt am Strand), Gartenanlage, Zimmer mit Balkon Personal in der Rezeption (mundfaul, wenig Englisch, wahrscheinlich nicht oder schlecht ausgebildet); teilweise unaufmerksame Mitarbeiter im Frühstücksraum (vor allem der Auszubildende); jeden Morgen die gleiche Wurst (nur eine Sorte) auf dem Frühstücksbuffet; Zimmerservice entfernte die Zahnputzbecher ohne Ersatz; keine Auslagen mit Informationen über Busnetz und Haltestellen; Inneneinteilung des Schrankes unvollständig (keine Borde); Dusche wahrscheinlich für Vollschlanke viel zu klein. |
