The hotel is right in the centre of Genova in an old and beautiful building. High ceilings, nice big rooms, luxurious bathroom and wonderful breakfast. The price of the garage is not included and is very high- 25 euro per night |

The beautiful, grand, hotel, the room, facilities, the location on the impressive Via XX Septembre and the city itself were all overwhelming. The staff was most accomodating and let us have a late check-out, although the hotel was fully booked. If none of this interest you, then go for the breakfast. |

Excellent location, impressive building doing justice to the history of the city Personnel (reception, bar, breakfast, housekeeping) should be better trained. I didn't even manage to get a smile by any of them during my stay! |

The hotel is nicely located, clean, very nice hard bad, spacious, well equipped bathroom; however we got mixed (ambivalent) feelings regarding the service. Primo the evening shift was friendly, open and helpful. Secundo the morning shift at the reception crew was ... just opposite. Tertio the breakfast at 6.30am was ... let say only semi prepared Quadro: the upper terrace restaurant was closed (however earlier we were informed that it will be open from 7.30 pm) so we could not admire the panorama of the old city. |

Very nice hotel in ideal position for city exploring Reception manager very unhelpful - room was a twin, tried to change to a double, he didn't even bother to check whether he had availability. Got impression that rate was cheap therefore room choice no option. |

This is a great classical Hotel in Genova, possibly the best. Nice reception, good brekfast, very nice rooms. This time we got a relatively small room which was obviously prepare for only one person even if the reservation was for two (one towel, one soap...). |

It was well situated in the city, near to the old town and shopping. They did not provide coffee and tea facilities in the room. |

Excellent location, well appointed room decorations and bathroom ammenaties. Enjoyed heated towel bars and jacuzzi tub. The champagne brunch was wonderful with a beautifully set table. |

In the center of the city, nice building. The bathroom is super - large, modern, clean. Very impressive stairway. Extremely polite officer at the reception. The very beautiful room needed a small reparation/refreshment - may be colors to be brighter. |
