The breakfasts were fantastic; a huge selection including Prosecco :) The beds were comfortable with nice thick pillows. The TV had an English movie channel which was an added bonus. Location was very convenient for shopping and sights. a minor comment would be that the hotel could use a bit of a makeover but this in no way had a negative effect on our stay. |

Great atmosphere (inside), gorgeous central staircase and decorated glass roof. Very conveniently located nearby Piazza De Ferrari. Excellent breakfast buffet. I was given a triple room with single beds and not double as required after seeing the room. Decoration needs some renovation (moquette with stains). In my room there was no natural light, window looking on narrow and dark inner courtyard. |

clean, secure, good breakfast service and great location. Internet connection was marginal with many ports blocked preventing video or audio connections, it was slow, required repeated authentication and it was expensive for the level of service. |

We liked the central location of the hotel and it's proximity to the international boat show. Nice cheap chinese restaurant directly opposite. Although the hotel had the necessary amenities it just didn't seem quite 4 star and I didn't like having to pay for internet access. |

Centrally located. Old architecture, impressive stairway above the reception. Nice breakfast. Needs refresh. Lot's of noise from neighbour rooms. Still 20 min walk from congress area. Not enough value for money (we staid during the boat show). |

We couldn't believe it when the porter opened our door to our "room". We literally thought there had been a mistake! It was huge!!! More of a suite than a normal hotel room (think 100sqm+!), with high ceilings, a balcony and big ensuite. We had just booked a non-refundable advance purchase room (cheapest available) and so must have received some sort of upgrade without being told. Breakfast was included in the price (119 euros for the night on Notte Bianco) and it was a fantastic buffet, with an amazing choice and very good quality. Best hotel experience I have had in Europe on value for money alone. |

nice room, great location we had to wait '10 minutes' to retrieve our car from the garage. After 50 minutes waiting, it appeared the receptionist had forgotten our request (even while we were waiting in clear view). We got the car after waiting more than an hour. This is bad, but whats unacceptable: the receptionist didn't even try to apologize, she merely replyed: 'there are so many cars, it's difficult to keep them apart.' |
