close to center of town We had no hot water (nothing came out of the tap at all) on the morning we were leaving and they could not find the problem. We had to be at the airport for 5:30 am and that was a problem not being able to take a shower for the long flight back to USA |

A beautiful hotel, ecellent breakfast and nice linen sheets. The bath was in an appalling condition and the shower did not work so well either. |

Great location, very nice room. Reception staff needs to become more service oriented and positive. On most contacts they give you the impression that their life would be easier if you didn't stay at their hotel. Parking is quite expensive. |

Friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, and general beauty of the hotel itself. Hotel upper floors were hot. Ac in our room could have worked better. |

location Car parking valet service. It was disrespectful not to deliver our car on request, show preference for another hotel guest who didn't show up and to add insult to injury, leave us on the pavement waiting without telling us that our car was available. |

The room was so spacious and the bathroom was very fancy and large. There were three of us and there was plenty of room with a couch and plush seating. Great place to stay. |

Beautiful building, very fine room in classic tradition and very quiet. Helpful and friendly staff. Perfect location on Genova's main shopping street and very close to the medieval centre and the renaissance palazzi. Some lovely reception areas, like the breakfast room. We will stay there again. |

good breakfast we were put in the first floor on our first night. Our room was below the breakfast room, and the noise woke us up at 6am - far too early. We asked to move after our first night, but certainly no apology. |

The staircase, but I could have walked in and looked at that without having to subject myself the poor quality rooms and staff. The staff at reception were terrible. Very unfriendly, unhelpful and certainly looked like they did not want to be there! The room was tiny, old and tired. Not very comfortable at all. The room was boiling (May) and lots of people were complaining but they would not turn the air con on. At 10 mintues to closing time on the bar a party of 10 wanted a drink, they were turned away, great service |
