The cleanliness. The style. The Breakfast Buffet. The architecture. The location in the city. The staff. I missed a couple of TV-channels. (National Geographic and Discovery Channels.) But else this is a very nice hotel. |

close to center of town We had no hot water (nothing came out of the tap at all) on the morning we were leaving and they could not find the problem. We had to be at the airport for 5:30 am and that was a problem not being able to take a shower for the long flight back to USA |

Great location, very nice room. Reception staff needs to become more service oriented and positive. On most contacts they give you the impression that their life would be easier if you didn't stay at their hotel. Parking is quite expensive. |
