Disponibilità e cortesia dello staff nel venire incontro alle esigenze del cliente. Rispetto alla permanenza di cinque anni fa, trovo la cucina non all'altezza per un 5 stelle, ho notato una scarsa frequentazione della fascia 40-50 anni con e senza prole.

excellente situation dans la ville d'abano, personnel toujours dévoué a vous rendre service, chambre très propre et bien équipée, installation sportive et piscine trés bien agencée, excellente nourriture. hotel un peu trop surchauffé à mon gout.

Das Essen und Service ist ausgezeichnet, abgewohnte Zimmer die dem heutigen Standard eines 5 Sternhotels leider überhaupt nicht mehr entsprechen. Besonders Badezimmerr und Toiletten sind extrem überaltert.

Ristorante degno di un 5 stelle, ottimo servizio, personale attento e curato, colazione buona, letto con materasso molto confortevole. Gli arredi delle stanze e le piscine non sono proprie di un hotel 5 stelle (es: televisore piccolo con tubo catodico, bagno piccolo e brutto, arredamento old). La tanto inneggiata zona saune, pagata come servizio aggiuntivo, consiste in due piccole e comuni saune ed una grotta vuota.

非常に落ち着いた感じと家族的な雰囲気は良かった。 今回紹介の写真を見て部屋が気に入って申し込んだが、写真とは全く異なった部屋であった為、折角楽しみにし- て行ったのにかなりの衝撃を受けた。初めからその部屋の写真を掲載すべきと思った。

Personale gentile,arredi ok,piscine ok,pulizia ok La qualita' dei piatti serviti al ristorante e' carente anche se il prezzo e' molto conveniente (20 euro) per un hotel 5 stelle preferiremmo spendere magari 5-10 euro in piu' per persona per pranzo, magari reinvestiti dalla direzione in pietanze di qualita' , il resto tutto ok

La gentilezza del personale alla reception e gli addetti alle pulizie. Le piscine esterne ben disposte e confortevoli. Rapporto qualità/prezzo non giustificato. Ambienti ristrutturati ma con ancora presenti accessori quali asciucapelli obsoleto e tv di vecchia generazione. Foto su booking non rappresentativa della realtà dell'offerta.

nous avons profiter de faire des bains dans l'eau thermale et des bains de boue, ainsi que des délicieux breakfast et des soupers, nous avons profiter d'aller à Padova et découvrir l'arrière pays tout était parfait, il est à recommander et la famille qui le possède nous accueille ainsi que le personnel d'une merveilleuse manière.
