The porter helped with my bags (he insisted) but refused a tip. Refreshing. Minibar was mouldy. Breakfast room was way too small. The reception had problems charging my card. |

The Hotel has a great location with really friendly staff. Within walking distance of shopping and many major sites. Also 2 min walk away from the metro! Rooms are a little small, though they are functional. |

I liked the service. Internet and breakfast were included in the price, and this was very convenient. More free TV programs in English would be nice to have. |

Location near a Metro stop and the bus stopmade it easy to get around the city. The breakfasts were excellent. Friendly and helpful staff The television set itself was quite inadequate---and the channels available to an English speaking guest were disappointing. |

It was conveniently located in Rome - the staff were fantastically helpful and polite. The morning breakfast was delicious Elevator and bathrooms were really small. |

Location - walkable distance to most major sights and shopping areas. Staff very attentive - greeted by fruit juice and biscuits at registration. Champagne 'on the house' delivered to our room when they saw my wife's birthday cards in our room. Everything you could want for breakfast. Our room was quite small and too warm. Air-con too noisy to leave on overnight and not very effective. City location meant it was too noisy to open windows. Queue for table at breakfast if you left it until half hour before closing - easily avoidable by getting up a little earlier! |

The rooms were beautiful and the breakfast was outstanding. I cannot say enough about the staff. They assisted us with transportation and a private tour of the Vatican. Everything was perfect. |

Good breakfast. The position of the hotel is ideal for exploring Rome. Walking distance to the Forum and very near the metro for the Vattican. The marble bathroom was quite impressive. Mosquitoes in the room, but to be fair they did give us a repellant. |

Very nice hotel, good location, very friendly staff, good breakfast, free Wi-Fi. We even had own balcony and got free bottle of sparkling-wine when it was my birthday Maybe a bit expensive, but I guess the price-level of hotels in Rome is higher than what I have used to |

the hotel staff are quite friendly...and the location is good....very close to train station....breakfast was fairly good... the room is extreme small...and the beds are so not comfortable that both of us couldnt sleep....it was very warm and the air conditioning wasnt working properly...so we opened the window...then it was too noisy...plus...we could hear people shouting in the corridor or in their room at 2 am....the toilet flushing was running for all night.....we couldnt stop it!!!!!!! |

We were greeted by the staff with a cool drink and biscuit. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The motel is a beautiful, old building but has been maintained very well. The bath is a little small (overbath shower) but otherwise the bathroom is gorgeous. It was centrally located and easy to find. Excellent spot for touring Rome's attractions. We had booked another hotel for our return trip and regretted not going back to this hotel. The room was too small to be having breakfast in the room. There is a breakfast room but we didnt ask if we could go there. |
