The location was good, close to the train station. Room was small but bathroom was good. Desk manager was very pleasant. Minibar had limited drinks and no snacks. No view. Breakfast was very skimpy.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. Staff were very friendly & most helpful nothing was too much trouble. We will definately be staying at the hotel Brittania next time we visit Rome again. The location is spot pn as it is central to all of the sites & are all within walking distance.

The hotel is near almost all the sights. Everything is within the walking distance. Polite staff and excellent breakfast. We had two similar rooms for the same price, however one room significantly smaller than the second one and it was so hot that we couldn't sleep at night. The view was on the wall of neighbouring building. The room number was 102.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The room was clean and comfortable and there was a lovely bath with lots of hot water. The mini bar, surprisingly, was free and replenished daily. The location was very central. A great place to stay. Thank you Nothing to dislike.

Clean room. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast with a vast selection to cater for all tastes. Located 10 minutes walk from Termini station. Free room safe and free mini bar. The nice touches, such as the small fish tank in the bathroom and returning to the room after dinner to find the bed re-made with a sweet on each pillow. The overall impression was one of staff who wanted you to enjoy you stay with them. The wall to the neighbouring room offered little in the way of sound-proofing. This wasn't a particular problem during our stay, but we could hear every word of a telephone conversation from the next room.

Staff, welcome, helpful, honest; location, decor, atmosphere, junior suite (once we upgraded). Even luxury doubles too small-we traded up to a suite.

Good location (5 min to Opera - metro Republic, 10 min to Termini). Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Sport Irish pub on the opposite site of the street. It is a bit noisy sometimes and it could be uncomfortable if you want to be in silent all of the time.

Good location. Near to Roma Termini train station. Clean and secure. Minibar in the room is totally free. Good breakfast. Large bathroom. Free wifi in the room and lobby. Room is small.

The service from staff was excellent from arrival through to departure. We arrived earlier than check-in time but we were unexpectedly accomodated- They even provided us with hot drinks whilst we waited for our rooms (not very long) and great advice on touring Rome. Excellent location for transport links but tourist attractions are within walking distance. The breakfast was excellent. We were celebrating a special occassion. The hotel treated us with Italian wine in our rooms. Wonderful service and lovely hotel with the personal touch- will definately recommend to family and friends. Special thanks to Luigi and Simona at the hotel. Room decor is dated, and some may find the room a little on the small side.
