Excellent hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Also very well located and within walking distance of all main attractions.

I loved the care about the small details from the hotel, it made us feel welcome and not just another number in their list .

the location is fairly near from the main train station but far away from the major sightseeing

Friendly and attentive staff with good added touches such as the included mini bar contents. Very quiet considering it's central location.

Great location. Maximum half an hour of walk to all the relevant sites except Vatican. Nice and clean. Very friendly staff, which is always ready to help. Free mini bar (not very rich but has water, coke and juice) Found amazing Taverna Barberini (Via dele Quattro Fontane, 160) in 5-7 min of walk

Quite expencive

Location was very good. It only takes about 15 minutes walking from any major attraction. Free mini-bar, good selection of breakfast. Polite staff.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Britannia Hotel. It was such a charming hotel perfectly located and impecably clean. The staff was so friendly and helpful too. We will be back!!!

Breakfast started at 7am. Not good if you have early tours. But they dd provide a small breakfast if we asked. Also only CNN for English speaking guests.

Great hotel. Walk to train station unless you've big bags. Lots of good/excellent quality restaurants there. Room good sized. Elevator very small. Computer keyboard for use used so much you couldn't see letters anymore. Please buy a new one! Also computer room very hot. Breakfast outstanding. Would stay there again!

This hotel is in a great location for all the sights in Rome. It is right beside the bus terminal and also beside the metro so there is east access to all transport. We were able to walk from the bus station to the hotel. The breakfast was perfect and we were able to take some fruit for the day. The free mini bar is great also as it is stocked up every day. Would recommend this hotel.

The room was a little small for what we paid but I think that is standard for Rome.

Location is excellent, staff friendly and helpfull, breakfast excellent, wifi and mini-bar included.

5 min walk from Republica metro station. Room was small but nice. Breakfast was very nice . Nice area for shopping and sightseeing.

Noisy in the mornings.

The location was good, close to the train station. Room was small but bathroom was good. Desk manager was very pleasant.

Minibar had limited drinks and no snacks. No view. Breakfast was very skimpy.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. Staff were very friendly & most helpful nothing was too much trouble. We will definately be staying at the hotel Brittania next time we visit Rome again. The location is spot pn as it is central to all of the sites & are all within walking distance.

The hotel is near almost all the sights. Everything is within the walking distance. Polite staff and excellent breakfast.

We had two similar rooms for the same price, however one room significantly smaller than the second one and it was so hot that we couldn't sleep at night. The view was on the wall of neighbouring building. The room number was 102.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The room was clean and comfortable and there was a lovely bath with lots of hot water. The mini bar, surprisingly, was free and replenished daily. The location was very central. A great place to stay. Thank you

The staffs attitude is that of a five star hotel and I really mean that.The breakfast was superb and so was the room.Full marks to there entire team.

Hotel was ideally situated, all sights were within comfortable walking distance and good restaurants in locality. Hotel was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Good hotel with some nice touches - the small fish tanks in the room and around the hotel and the rubber duck in the bathroom!
