The breakfast was excellent, as was the maid service. The staff was helpful. The view was great, and the room was quiet. It was pretty close to public transportation.

There were no restaurants near the hotel. It was quite some distance to the nearest trattoria or pizzeria.

No wi-fi access on third floor. Nor in breakfast room. Apparently it is only available on fourth floor and in hotel lobby, despite claims it is throughout hotel.

Room was good size. Breakfast was ok.

No welcome from staff on arrival, no mention of breakfast times or any other facilities, no offer of information on city, Hairs in bathroom, very poor shower, typical poor hairdryer. Bad and noisy aircon. Rooftop seating area looked good but covered in red spiders!.

While the location was a little out of the way the views were magnificent. The staff were very helpful

Good friendly staff, great location, have stayed there twice a year for the past ten years.

Bad smell like in an old hospital, old furniture and unfriendly staffing. Breakfast room was really depressing.

The view from the fourth floor rooms facing the bay of Naples is spectacular and although the hotel is not 5 star, the view definitely is. The rooms we had (two rooms for two people in each) were very large, clean, quiet and comfortable. The front desk staff was courteous and helpful and the breakfast that was included in the room rate offered plenty of variety and was served in a lovely breakfast room with linen covered tables. I highly recommend this hotel for couples, singles or families.

Wifi is only available in the lobby but this did not detract from the enjoyment of staying at this hotel. Parking was a bit of a challenge. The gated parking lot is across the street from the hotel and requires the driver to wait on a very busy street while a passenger runs into the hotel to ask the front desk clerk to open the gate with a remote control. Getting the car in and out of the parking lot during busy traffic hours was a bit stressful.

We managed to get our rooms for the best price because of a discount, and were really satisfied. The location is great - magnificent view, walking distance to the city center and the sea, parking available (10€ per night). The staff is mature and experienced.

Probably an incredible once hotel needs renovations and slight redesign in the rooms. Breakfast was really average, definitely not of the 4-star level hotel. Wifi is available in the vestibule only, but for free.

The place, go down a bit, and you're in the old hear of Naples, awesome pizza, old atmosphere and really friendly citizens.

Staff require passports of all guests, parents, childes all of your group who visit this hotel, your rooms. Not strange, but unusual.

The superb views over Naples from the balcony. Its location on one of the main upper roads around Naples so able to walk up to Vomero, get funnicular or walk down to the sea front. Some beautiful pieces of furniture.

The hotel has obviously been a gem in years gone by but is now a sad shadow of its former self and badly in need of a revamp. The last one appears to be circa 1970s which has not left a good legacy. Even the restaurant has closed but breakfast available. Despite this still a good value choice to stay but don't expect too much..

It is very spacious, high ceilings, etc We particularly enjoyed the view on the Bay of Naples.

Maybe a lack of information. For instance we arrived around 19:00 and were searching for a restaurant, not the usual pizzeria. The staff, though polite and wanting to be helpful, didn't seem to have access to much information.

Once you have mastered getting around Naples by public transport it really is well located to the City's centre. The view from our room was great and often offered a cooling breeze in the evening.

The lack of a restaurant, within the hotel is a problem as there isn't much which remains open until late nearby. Just organize your day and evening. The air con does get turned off at odd times during the night. One night it was 12, then 4am the following night.

Excellent view from the room. All of the staff was really friendly except for one in the reception. Old building but good cleaning.

One of the staff in the reception was not friendly and usually looked disturbed when spoken to.

Staff was always helpful and able to assist me. Housekeping responded promptly with whatever I asked.

Great location, easy walk to our friends appartment, great views out across the Bay of Naples, may be rather dated but has a touch of style of by-gone days, friendly staff, have stayed there twice a year over the last 10 years and will be there again before xmas.

We choosed this holel, as it was out of ztl and with an easy reach to the city centre by bus.

Hotel che deve essere rinnovato nell'arredo e nei servizi

Posizione e panorama. Colazione ricca e fresca. Stanza grande e comoda.

Mancanza di manutenzione da parecchi anni. Stato vetusto dei servizi igienici. Pulizia insufficiente, non tanto per la mancanza di cura quanto per la vecchiaia di mobili, suppellettili e parati.

Завтрак не соответствует 4 звездам, старый отель, мебель уже подтрёпанная, вся перешитая, заштопанная, также все покрытие на полу, цена качества не соотвествует, вода в ванной очень плохо сливается, вентилями в туалете нет, еще кондиционер после 12 ночи сам отключался, и интернет в номере плохо работает.

Безопасный и чистый район. Близко к набережной,что сущнественно в жаркую погоду. Чистые номера.никакой плесени. Дизайн отеля на высшем уровне. На крыше отеля терраса с диванами,откуда открывается шикарный вид

Фасад отеля оставляет желать лучшего . Завтрак был разнообразный.но не было горячих блюд.даже элементарной ямчницы,хотя отель позиционируется как 4 звезды.

La posizione dell'hotel è ottima. Sul Corso Vittorio Emanuele ci sono tre funicolari e praticamente ogni zona di Napoli è raggiungibile in pochi minuti.

Lo staff, all'arrivo, non è stato per nulla accogliente. Ci hanno consegnato la chiave e, non dico accompagnarci in camera, ma non ci hanno neanche indicato da dove dovessimo salire. Hanno girato le spalle e sono tornati alle loro scartoffie, non informando, come di solito su sala colazione, orari, il nulla. Ci hanno semplicemente ignorati Il wifi è presente solo nella hall e nelle stanze del quarto piano... Per qualche ragione ignota, i clienti delle camere ai primi 3 piani devono essere fuori dal mondo... L'aria condizionata (regolata da un sistema vecchio di ALMENO trent'anni, non regolabile e centralizzato la cui unica possibilità era ON-OFF) non funzionava in camera nostra, quindi abbiamo dovuto dormire con la finestra aperta per evitare di morire di caldo... come nel buon vecchio medioevo Il vortice aspiratore del bagno, ovviamente privo di finestre, non funzionava... Una delle federe dei cuscini era a brandelli (ho dovuto portarla personalmente alla reception per sostituirla e ho dovuto aspettare mezz'ora, alle 11 di sera, perchè me ne portassero in camera una integra... Al mattino, verso le nove e mezza (l'orario per il check out è fino a mezzogiorno) hanno iniziato a bussare alla camera, prima per sapere se dovevano riempire il frigobar (ma non potevano controllare da soli dopo la nostra partenza?) e poi, pochi minuti dopo la signora delle pulizie voleva rifare la stanza (ma non dovrebbero dirle alla reception CHI resta, CHI va via?)... Esperienza allucinante, e anche cara, per i servizi (?) offerti.
