Einige Mitarbeiter hatten eindeutig First-Class-Kunden, die Booking-Com-Kunden gehörten nicht immer dazu. Die Essensmglichkeiten des Hotels schrecken preislich absolut ab. Aber für das Frühstück gibt es ja Alternativen, wie das Cafe Sandri...

Die Lage, Valet-Parking, an Ort essen zu können

Der alte schöne Palast liegt sehr schön, hoch oben im alten Zentrum. Er bietet 5-Sterne Luxus zu einem - wenn man Glück hat - bezahlbaren Preis. In unserem Fall gab es ein kostenloses upgrade von Standard -auf Superior-Zimmer, wo man sich fürstlich aufgehoben fühlt. Man muss kein Frühstück im Hotel einnehmen, sondern kann in eines der schönen Cafés in der Nähe gehen, wo man für 5 Euro etwas Leckeres findet.

Nice perfectly located hotel with nice bar and high class restaurant. Terrace with wonderful view on old Perugia.

To get connected to Wi-Fi you have to go to the Reception to buy 3 hours card... Not good for 5 stars hotel. Breakfast could really be better for that price and for that standing.

We loved the sumptuous feel of the place, the huge comfy beds & gorgeous bed linen. Fantastic location in the heart of the old town but with breathtaking views of the Tuscan hills. Do try the wonderful Etruscan swimming pool deep in the bowels of the building.

Initially disappointed that breakfast wasn't included but to be fair it gave us the opportunity to get out nice & early & experience local life in the many cafe's on the hotels doorstep.

Staff was courteous and responded quickly to our any of our special requests. Beautiful view from our room of the hills surrounding the town. Centrally located in the old city. Easy to walk to museums, restaurants, etc. The pool should be seen at least once during the visit, even if you don't swim in it.

Bathroom needed minor repairs (small leak in shower, tub had issues with whirlpool setting). But overall very clean and well maintained.

The Suite conformt was not as high as the price payed. The door was not working properly. Very bad experience: better an Agriturismo next time.

The Brufani is an exceptional hotel with friendly and accommodating staff offering a beautiful environment. We booked online, however, and paid much more than guests who "walked-in" without a reservation and were able to negotiate a price.

Although the room was beautiful and meticulously maintained, we were not able to set the heat below 24 degrees c so we had to turn the heat off. The room was exceptionally hot.

The position of the hotel.

The price difference between the Deluxe Double Room and the Junior Suite was unjustified, as both rooms are almost the same. The only upgrade is that in the Junior Suite one does get a 2 person couch in the room, but pay attention - it's still a single room - so not exactly the definition of a "suite". The prices for the minibar, restaurant and room service are very high. As an example, a bottle of 0,5l still water was 5.5 Euros. One other thing: the parking fee for the underground garage is outrageous - 20 Euros / day.

The extra bed in the suite was not at the stand of a five star hotel. Some renovation may help (E.G., worn out carpets in the stairs). Charging extra (at very high rates) for WiFi and garage seems inelegant. In summary, if the hotel wants to be a luxury five star, it needs to work on the details.

This is a classic hotel - quite old and beautiful. The room was spacious, well appointed and generally comfortable. I very much liked the pool/sauna/steam room in the basement of the hotel. Quite nice. THe cocktail bar was very good - I run a restaurant so I think I know. Their bartender knew her stuff and made me one of the better Manhattans I've had The staff is excellent. THe cleaning staff come and go like ghurkas - you throw your clothes on the floor, step out for a second and when you come back they are nicely folded and arranged!

The wifi policy is a bit silly - you pay 3 euro and get a card which gives you an hour of time. 25 euro buys you 24 hours. Hey guys we know the cost of internet service and a router to make it work and it is basically pennies. Brunch is a bit mediocre - standard sausage and lukewarm scrambled eggs. Not really worth it. Mattress is a split deal - not always the most comfortable but this seems to be standard in italian hotels. All this being said it is a really beautiful hotel and I don't think you'd forget it.

The hotel was very nice. The rooms were clean, and very plush. The bed was very comfortable. There were lots of extras, like slippers. The staff was very friendly.

The hotel was hard to find using our gps as it took us through downtown and cars are actually not allowed to drive there. But the hotel took care of the ticket for that. They also had valet parking that was very helpful.

1.The comfort is missing for 5 * hotel 2..The equipments and the services are poor for 5* hotel. 3. The garage is terrible and no way to use it for any stay what so ever. 4. The heating does not work . 5 The breakfast is poor of choice.

Great friendly staff who gave us an upgrade to a brilliant suite as we spent over an hour trying to find the Hotel. The GPS did not work in the Medieval villages in the area and the staff must have felt our frustration by the time we got there so they provided a free upgrade and the room was beautiful! The Hotel is in the best location over looking the ancient wall and up high looking across Perugia with amazing views. Its also in the central CBD area close to restaurants and shops. Its the place to stay in Perugia...luxury that even her majesty the Queen has enjoyed we noticed!

Service is nery nery good.

The warm welcome on arrival and the wonderful location of the Hotel were most impressive.
