Female Reception Staff were friendly and very helpful.
Stefano on Reception was not very helpful and at times quite rude.
wi fi a/c
Room, view, staff, spa, location Excellent
Wifi was inconsistent
The service was excellent. Carmela at the front desk was extremely helpful and everybody were friendly and very informative. In overall, the staff were prepared to serve a five start hotel like Brufani Palace. We felt like royalty and the treatment was according that feeling. The room was immaculate and the facilities were great. We believed that the location was a extremely convenient. We do not have any negative to say. Love it!!!!!!
- Wonderful location with friendly staff. - Great views from the hotel.
- Wi fi was awful, only managed to log on for approx 10 minutes per day even though our devises showed a good connection. - No tv channels in English other than the news so children and non Italian speakers not really catered for. - Asked for 4 drinks at the bar and only one came as expected, the two hot choclates for the children were like melted chocolate dessert and the children would not drink them.
Vue Room Wifi
This hotel is pure class and an absolute gem. The price for a night was very inexpensive compared to luxury American hotels. Best money I've ever spent. I would definitely stay here again.
The ONLY thing I could say needed improvement was the bed. It was not a true king size, but rather two twins put together. A true king-size bed would be nice. That being said, my wife and I had no problems sleeping on it.
Room with a view, classic comfort
Bathroom could be updated
What an impreasive old italian city - a must see and only in this hotel with perfect location
There was a fantastic friendly and helpful staff working at this beautiful hotel, everyone we met from the piccoloes, waiters to the reseptionists. The surroundings were beatiful and with a great view.
The Wi-Fi should be free.
Central location. The faded elegance.
Standard room sizes a bit small for a six night stay. Tea and coffee making facilities not provided as standard but they will do so on request- presumably due to room size
position of the hotel, staff for car and luggage,
very small room and bathroom, check in,
Great location, clean, fit for a queen.
Parking should be included.
An interesting historical building, close to, but just away from the hustle and bustle of busy Pisa....
Conundrum..... When is an outside swimming pool not a swimming pool...ANSWER - when it is located on the First Floor deck of the bagni di pisa Hotel - because the outdoor Swimming Pool turns out to be a Thermal Pool kept at temperature of 38oC... ( if you complain to the Manager - don't expect any sympathy!)
The hotel is beautiful and our room was large, clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was wonderful as well as the dinner we had there. The hotel staff was very professional and helpful. The location is fantastic as you can walk just about anywhere in the city! I would highly recommend this hotel.
room is very comfortable and big; nice bathroom and very clean; public space looks classic; few steps to the city center
Location and views. Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable room and liked attention to detail. My nightdress was laid out on the bed in a very pretty fashion. Only had one meal in the hotel but it was very tasty.
Main disappointment was that there was no roof terrace restaurant. This was our main reason for booking this hotel and it was shown in the description saying 'have your meals on our roof top terrace in summer'. I class the 1st week in July as 'summer'! Although clean and comfortable, our room was a little dark with no view from the window. Tea & coffee making facilities would have been appreciated
Excellent view from our room. Friendly staff.
Lovely old style traditional grand hotel with large graceous rooms, tastefully decorated. Good, helpful staff. Excellent dinner with proffessional service.
Has great difficulty in finding it!
Excellent location, luxuriously appointed, breakfast buffet with plenty of choice, extremely helpful and friendly staff.
Swimming pool temperature somewhat warm. Was expecting a cooler and more refreshing dip after a day's sightseeing.
Beautiful Hotel. Real 5stars
Very beautiful hotel
Air conditioning was stuck on 20 degrees Celsius (too cold for us) and could not be adjusted or switched off. Only solution was to get hotel to turn it off via main control, which was done the next morning.
Luxury hotel, extremely comfortable with fantastic views from our room over Perugia. Spa was really nice.
Hallways were dirty & dim.
