В отеле давно пора заменить полотенца, тк их цвет и запах давно не соответствуют отелю 5*. Персоналу на ресепшн нужно запретить девать зевательную резинку . |

The best Italian hot chocolate ever, extremely pleasent and helpful staff, large wonderful room and luxury ensuite, great value for money, convienient location in Perugia. I would go back to this hotel without question. Just a couple of criticisms. The towels smelt a little of cigarette smoke. I was really disappointed that the pool wasn't in operation during our stay. |

Lovely rooms and beautiful views. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. I enjoyed the swimming pool above the Etrucscan ruins. |

Great location in a beautiful town. Great views over the old city roofs and out to the surrounding country. Hotel staff helpful and rooms lovely. Room service was not particularly reliable i.e.didn't answer the phone or bring breakfast as requested. |

die lage und den stil der einrichtung des hotels sehr kleines zimmer, airkondition/heizung konnte man nicht regulieren. es wurde von der rezeption empfohlen einfach das fenster zu öffnen. |

La disponibilità del personale e il rapporto qualità-prezzo La colazione non è inclusa nel prezzo ed il costo è elevato. In compenso il bar all'ingresso dell'albergo fa parte della stessa struttura e fa servizio in camera per un prezzo ragionevole. |
