Great location in a beautiful town. Great views over the old city roofs and out to the surrounding country. Hotel staff helpful and rooms lovely. Room service was not particularly reliable i.e.didn't answer the phone or bring breakfast as requested. |

Came back after 33 years and was met by lovley staff that made our stay great. They gave us a lovely suite.We are greatful, thankyou We will be happy to recommend it. |

The staff are just outstanding. I did an impromptu luncheon on the 3rd floor balconey, which was organized by Carmella a receptionist at the front desk, which was both good value & an oustanding success. |

В отеле давно пора заменить полотенца, тк их цвет и запах давно не соответствуют отелю 5*. Персоналу на ресепшн нужно запретить девать зевательную резинку . |

sicuramente la posizione. in pieno centro e' un ottimo hotel penso che la colazione dovrebbe essere inclusa nel prezzo della camera visto i prezzi. ma 35 euro a persona mi sembrano veramente troppi. noi non abbiamo usufruito della colazione |

Grande delusione!!!!e questo sarebbe un 5 stelle luxury?! forse nel 1890...decadente, staff odioso, puzza di fogna, da cosa si misura la categoria di un hotel, dal prezzo dell'acqua nel frigobar (5,50 euro)?!dal costo della colazione owiamente non inclusa (35 euro per persona)?! la piscina interna è suggestiva, bella da guardare.punto. per il resto, hotel come questo andrebbero rivalutati, in pegg |
