It's a very dirty hotel. The photos from booking are from another hotel i guess. Just believe me..you don't want to stay here.
Most of all the location, a few steps from the train station and from Trastevere, and 10 minutes from the City Center. Staff is friendly and professional, and my room had a breathtaking view from the 9th floor!!
WiFi rarely worked on the room. 7th floor hotel. Lifts didn't work. Reported, the guy at the reception says "what can I do", if you run hotel fix it. Noise during the night, reported, same response.
Nice, kind and helpful staff, clean and tidy room is convenient and expenses saving because of the kitchen. And there is amazing old elevator :) I do recommend this hotel for travellers who has not big demands and who don't want to pay much for their night stay.
the elevator to the hotel is really cool :)
a little bit hard to find at the first place.
good room +onething is very good you have an extra heater in your room ...+very good markets +restaurant+train station and busses all the time everything you find 2-4 minuts walking distance very very good price in whole rome thats guranty ...whenever i go rome love to stay there...sunny
The bed was comfortable
Water in the shower wouldn't drain. Bathroom door wouldn't work. There is wifi, but when you connect, it doesn't work. Staff not helpful when I told them about the issues
Close to the station
Location is very bad and night travel do not recommend. Internet was poor
Price was fantastic, near to the city center - just 5 minutes by walk to the tram which goes only 6 stops to Piazza venezia. Room was clean and cozy, bed was very comfortable. There`s a supermarket right next to the hotel. Our room corresponded with photos.
Kitchen wasn't equipped well. Trough the shutters shone the daylight into the room and it muffled the noise very poorly.
Good price Nice rooms Nice atmosphere în the lobby Guys at the reception are polite There is a big supermarket very close Near train station Some cheap turkish fastfoods near Elevator
It did not have any view of historical attraction Wifi is bad during the night Bad connection with center Hotel is in a block of flats a little Hard to find City tax Noisy place while we were there, maybe not all the time. Tv not working
Nice neighbourhood, very nice and helpfull staff and good rooms. Near station trastevere where u can take the train to the airport
No metro nearby
Too many people per one bathroom. Laud and poorly cleaned rooms.
no reception, no clear sign to be identified
Air conditioning was great. There is a wonderful gelateria around the corner. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.
The rooms look nothing like those in the pictures. The cleaner did not change our towels for 3 days. The hotel is next to the red cross ambulance depot and close to a hospital therefore there were loads of sirens going off all the time making it difficult to sleep. The hotel was difficult to find and the instructions given by the hotel to its location were slightly misleading. Our private bathroom was next to a balcony so people could see in to our toilet and shower. Our room was next to the shared toilet and the doors were squeaky so there was loads of noise from other hotel guests. The hotel breakfast was a croissant and a glass of juice/coffee so we only went for breakfast one day. Wifi signal was rubbish in our room. Intermittent and very slow.
Good location Confortable bed Pleasant room
Big rooms, breakfast, WiFi, don't expect to much but is good for the value of monay, very close for bus and Tram 8 to piatsa Venetsia...
No mop for the shower... It was necessary and I use my towel...
There was no fan on a pretty hot September evening. Also the shared bathroom was run down and the shower head was out of order
1. Wifi was fine.
1. Extremely dirty rooms and toilet. 2. No regular room service. 3. Very far from the actual tourist spots. Nearly 30/40 minutes (depending on traffic) by bus from piazza venezia. 4. No proper banner/header to find this hotel in an efficient way. I was searching for this hotel nearly 30 minutes in that street (just below the building) and then by chance saw a doorbell (named as hotel brunella). Most of the letters in the doorbell are faded. 5. Very inadequate place for the breakfast. And the breakfast was not a proper buffet. It was also very cheap quality. 6. It looks like this hotel runs with absolutely zero investment for it's maintenance. 7. Only one very old fashioned lift. If somebody in some floor leaves the door open, you must need to take the stair case upto 7th floor. I did it manytimes. 8. Door locks are poor and very old fashioned. 9. For people with sharing toilet, they must share one toilet for 5/6 rooms. The toilet is very old fashioned and remains extremely dirty. 10. The rooms looks very dark and gloomy. 11. Overall, the worst hotel experience that I have had in entire Europe.
The staff is ok! The hotel is close to train station
The pictures don't correspond with the reality The hotel is not clean at all It's very noisy...you will can't sleep after 5::00 am The breakfast is just a cake, not anything more...so it doesn't worth the 5 euro The elevator is sooooo old and dangerous, so I climbed 170 stairs everyday twice. The hotel is very old The bathroom is not clean at all I didn't like at allllll!!!
-8th floor room with view of mountain -good value for money -clean
-water pressure in shower -room interior a bit run down
Keep away from that place! I was in single room with common bathroom outside. I mention only some inconveniences: - the shower was dirty (black fungi in corners - dangerous!) and destroyed. - It was not possible to hang a shower head (broken hanger), the water pipes were plastic and outside the wall (like in a garden), some nails stretching from inner side of the door (dangerous!)… - Bad breakfast (only some toasts/croissants with marmalade and tea/coffee/juice). I'd expect more for 5 EUR. I had sometimes to ask extra for a butter. - it was not possible to close window in the room (luckily I was in September there, not in winter) - some old, dirty blankets in wardrobe - no table or any shelf in room - noisy (ear plugs obligatory if you want to sleep!) - lift not always working, so prepare to walk to 7th floor with luggage or tired after a whole day of sightseeing - some personal members do not speak one word english
I was to shock about the condition of the beds to like anything
The picture of the room was not at all what we got it was the worst ever not at all what we expected The blanket was filthy the bed was horible past its life time. We had to ask for clean towels. The one pillow case had blood on it
Staffs were extremely helpful and makes our stay great.
The room is toooo tiny. Location is a bit in far from subway line.
Reasonable price for accommodation Location alright
Lamp without plugs Room not ready at arrival Wifi too weak
Staff was very kind
I arranged this hotel including air condition, television but I didn't have those things in my room. Hotel is in very unsafe location. There is a lot of car in every hours, I couldn't sleep because of the car noise. they have window shade but it was broken. They didn't do anything about this problem. Our room floor every time was wet because of the fridge. Also fridge spreaded very bad smell. Bed was veryyyyy hard to sleep like a stone. It was a teribble accommodation...
