Brunelleschi Hotel  

Ens varen donar una habitació de nivell superior, doble amb espai saleta. Molt silenci. Està a tocar de la plaça del Duomo I a molt a prop del metro Missori.

l'Habitació! un 10 en comparació al altre estada al mateix hotel!!

Continuen no tinguen Wifi! sols 2 ordenadors a la mateixa recepció! sense intimitat, faltant algunes tecles, i cua constant per utilitzar-los... Tercer mundista!

Perfect location ... I used it to stay night before airport back to usa. 5 minute walk to Redline subway in the morning, then 3 stops to Cardona station (1 euro), then Malpensa Express high speed train to terminal 1 at Malpensa airport (11 euro). Plenty of luggage space, and it was nice being able to walk the area around the Duomo and Galleria the evening before.

Its convenient location to the centro storico.

Unhelpful male staff at the front desk/reception. Not forthcoming with information when asked for assistance on sights, getting around and out of milan. Also bar staff left us with the feeling that us being there was taking up his time.

The Brunelleschi is centrally located in Milan, minutes from the Duomo and shopping. The staff is friendly and English-speaking. The housekeeping is exemplary and the rooms are very clean.

The upper floors and rooms are kept very warm, so much so that we needed to keep our windows open in December. Also, if you rely on bathroom amenities/toiletries, the Brunelleschi has many, but it does NOT have hair conditioner nor body lotion.

Excellent hotel which you can book with your eyes closed ! Brilliant location only 400 metres from the cathedral and the great galleries. Perfectly clean. Obliging and courteous personnel. Excellent choice of breakfast. Good value for money.

Main criticism is lack of private car park but you have to remember that this is central Milan ! I can confirm that the only long-term car park is about 200 metres away underneath Piazza Diaz at a cost of 25 euros per 24 hours - and beware, only cash is accepted ! Second criticism is lack of wifi connection in rooms - you have to be a computer expert to configure a new internet connection with the cable and instructions provided by the front desk (who were unable to help in our case) !

Location was perfect close to the downtown .breakfast was good.the staff was friendly.

Very well situated, polite and helpful staff. Hotel actually rang us to answer a question about the booking - this is rare courtesy indeed!

The hotel does not have it's own garage, so cars must be parked in a public car park. While this is not far away, one can't leave anything in the car. To be fair, the hotel had told us about this, but we had not interpreted the information correctly. We had been travelling with three people for four weeks and had hoped to be able to leave most lugagge in the car during our 1-night stay... in the end we left the car parked illegally outside the hotel, next to the Lybian consulate which is under permanent police/army protection. We reckoned that would be safer then a public carpark. And we were lucky.
