地点很好。出了地铁站就能见到酒店牌子。并且在中心地带。 出门必须还钥匙。 那里的服务态度一般。并不很热情 。

很好的地理位置，走到DOMO大概十分钟。 早餐不错，各种西式选择， 房间和卫生间比较大，酒店的服务也响应得比较快。 酒店很老，设施很旧，属于四星当中差的。一开始使用网线的时候居然发现是坏得， 有一个灯也是坏的， 入住的当晚门边的一个设备突然发出莫名的警报声，虽然很快来修好了，但感觉较差。

酒店位置不错，就在DUOMO后身。关键是酒店前台的职员很好，我们买东西出现问题，但又要赶飞机，职员帮- 我们换了商品又邮寄给我们，很及时没有拖沓。当然了，运费是我们负担的

Perfect location ... I used it to stay night before airport back to usa. 5 minute walk to Redline subway in the morning, then 3 stops to Cardona station (1 euro), then Malpensa Express high speed train to terminal 1 at Malpensa airport (11 euro). Plenty of luggage space, and it was nice being able to walk the area around the Duomo and Galleria the evening before.

The location was good and hotel room was also quite big. They have provided me with internet cable so that it was very easy for connecting to internet. The breakfast was also very good. No hotel staf was pleasant.

Its convenient location to the centro storico. Unhelpful male staff at the front desk/reception. Not forthcoming with information when asked for assistance on sights, getting around and out of milan. Also bar staff left us with the feeling that us being there was taking up his time.

Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from Duomo square. Our room was very quiet and very well equipped: electric curtain in the windows, electronic safe, many electric outlets for e.g. charging camera batteries, flat TV, etc. The room was also very clean and decorated with good taste. Breakfast was excellent: may types of ham and cheese, eggs prepared in different ways, many types of bread and cakes, several types of cereals, fresh fruit juice pressed in the restaurant, etc. All persons in the hotel were friendly and helpful. Hotel offers free internet access, but it is only for cable connection. Wireless network is not available.

The Brunelleschi is centrally located in Milan, minutes from the Duomo and shopping. The staff is friendly and English-speaking. The housekeeping is exemplary and the rooms are very clean. The upper floors and rooms are kept very warm, so much so that we needed to keep our windows open in December. Also, if you rely on bathroom amenities/toiletries, the Brunelleschi has many, but it does NOT have hair conditioner nor body lotion.

The good location, good and polite staff. Rather good breakfast. Many towels in the bath and they are clean and white. The furniture in the room is poor. The dinner is expensive, and is not tasty for this price. So I prefer to eat in the evening out of the hotel

Nice hotel. Great location, 200 m away from the Plaza Duomo. We were given refurbished rooms. Very nice and comfortable.Breakfast is delicious.Shower is fantastic. No parking on the premises, we had to park 150 m away from the property on a private parking. No pool, no wi-fi. But cabled internet in the room.
