great location, staff very helpful, food excellent

room is a bit noisy, carpet dirty, overall speaking, the decoration inside is out of date.

breakfast was good

air conditioning was extremely poor. we complained it was too hot but they said that nothing could be done because it was an old system.

I love everything about it - the front desk, especially Vincent, the bespectacled bellhop , the breakfast room staff and even the chambermaid were all efficient, pleasant and very helpful. The room is clean , bathroom is well-equipped, has little details like non-misting mirrors during hot showers. We will definitely return to this hotel.

It was very centrally located. The staff were extremely helpful and congenial.The service in our room was exceptional, we felt pampered and well-cared for. The attendant in the bar gave great service and we felt very welcome.

The hotel was in a great location in Milano, close enough to the Duomo and other historical sites. We could easily walk to everything. The hotel was also very comfortable and served a great full breakfast.

The staff were friendly and helpful. It's a good hotel - not all of them could speak English though.

Hotel is very nice, few meters to metro station and Duomo. Many restaurants near to hotel. If you visit this city at car be careful because this area have transit limitations, only authorized cars can circulate. In other italian cities the hotel would authorize, but not in Milano.

Excellent value fir money, location, amenities, breakfast and helpful staff. Next to town center (4-5 minutes walk). Highly recommend to business travellers and shoppers.
