地理位置优越 交通便利 周围设施十分齐全 酒店服务人员十分热情，酒店内部设施完美 住着是在舒服，早餐的质量也很上乘 ，是个不错的选择

很好的地理位置，走到DOMO大概十分钟。 早餐不错，各种西式选择， 房间和卫生间比较大，酒店的服务也响应得比较快。

酒店很老，设施很旧，属于四星当中差的。一开始使用网线的时候居然发现是坏得， 有一个灯也是坏的， 入住的当晚门边的一个设备突然发出莫名的警报声，虽然很快来修好了，但感觉较差。

酒店位置不错，就在DUOMO后身。关键是酒店前台的职员很好，我们买东西出现问题，但又要赶飞机，职员帮- 我们换了商品又邮寄给我们，很及时没有拖沓。当然了，运费是我们负担的

酒店在我入住前就从我的信用卡扣除了148 欧元 作为保险费用，至今我不到这比保险费用是否退回，我CHECK OUT的时候 有把所有的费用支付齐全，可以麻烦你们帮我问一下酒店吗？这个保险的金额是否已经退回？

Hotel was in a great location close to Duomo and shopping. Rooms were clean and modern. Would stay there again.

Rooms were very comfortable, perfect breakfast and perfect location. Staff was really helpful

Nice traditional Italian hotel without a chain-feel. The rooms have nice woodwork and marble desks, and beautiful doors. The breakfast buffet is good, with fresh-squeezed orange juice and an expresso bar. Located just 2 blocks from Duomo. Double windows keep out noise of Via Larga.

The hotel was in an excellent location, close to Duomo cathedral, Metro, La scala and designer shops. Staff were helpful, hotel was clean and comfortable the breakfast was superb. Free Wi-Fi in lobby for iPad and iPhone...connection in rooms is by cable only. Was supposed to have tea and coffee making facilities, hotel said it was superior rooms only,but would have corrected that if I had asked them, as it was on my confirmation. I would recommend to others and would definitely stay again.

Would have liked to have Wi-Fi in the rooms.

We were very pleased with the location, and also with the service, especially the one provided by Michele, one of the hotel's porters. He was extremely helpful, and even took back our rental to the Avis place, located a couple of blocks from the hotel. Kudos for the service!
