Bruno was an excellent host... Very welcoming and proud of his B&B. Room was very nice with a little balcony looking over street.
The bed was very uncomfortable, you could feel all the springs.
Good location, in walking distance to main sightseeing. Bruno impressed us with his hospitality and willingness to help. Due to Bruno we can find a parking for our car.
Great place to stay for a few days in Naples. Is located in an excellent spot in the Historical Centre (as visitors will see, this is not so common...), but still in a walkable distance from the central station (very important, because you will probably want to go to nearby sites). The breafast is in a bar next to the place, as others have pointed, but this is not a problem, since the food is good and the staff is gentle. Bruno himself is very nice and helpful. My room faced the busy room, but I had no problems with noise during the night, and I'm a light sleeper.
The only detail is that the curtains could be better. This could be a problem in the summer, when the sun rises earlier.
The location was very good Wi Fi also worked well Bruno tried very hard to please
It was left to the last guest back at night to lock the street front door. There was no staff there at night.
Incredible location almost opposite the Duomo in Via Duomo. Our host Bruno looked after us very well telling us where to go for good meals and how to get around the city and sights. Double glazed windows chop out most street noise. Great but simple breakfast and comfortable room. Easy walk to many local sights and almost on Via Tribunali.
Bed was a bit hard.
Bruno was just fantastic, very great guy. Very warm and welcoming and offered assistance readily when needed. Room is small but ok for a B and B. Good value for money.
Shower, partly exposed and so water splashed out, but the host has promised to fix that.
The service was outstanding. The hosting couple went out of their way to please. Nice location in the old town. Cleaning in the room every day. The buidling definitely has a charm.
Wash room was very tiny and not well laid out. Two single beds together for a double. The singels were very hard and you could feel the springs.
Host was very accommodating and helpful. Facilities were immaculate. Very centrally located, literally across the street from the Duomo.
Room is rather spartan and bathroom very small. Window must be shut at night because of excessive street noise. However once the window is shut, the room is very quiet.
Bruno was very attentive and the room and location is fabulous.
Bed was very hard and uncomfortable.
We were welcomed by the most friendly host Bruno who made are stay in Naples very nice. Bruno's historic home has recently opened and besides a few minor things, the room was very nice & clean. It's perfectly located right across the Duomo and easily walkable to the Naples train station & popular museums. The breakfast buffet is great with lots of fresh pastries, homemade cakes and fresh coffee. The rooms were a little noisy but with double glaze windows installed by now, the street noise should be reduced to nil. In short, a very charming B&B and I would recommend this for a short stay in Naples.
Bruno was extremely helpful and very welcoming and accomodating. The breakfast was good and the location was perfect to explore the city.
The pillows could have been more comfortable.
Nice food nearby. Perfect for sightseeing. Very friendly and helpful staff.
The only thing we need to mention is that you can hear the noise from the street very good.
Medieval property beautifully done up. Nice clean rooms and friendly host. Small streets with plenty of tavernas and pizza. Near ferry and railway central station. We had a good stay!
A little noisy in the streets until the small hours.
We liked everything about our stay at Bruno's! We were welcomed with a coffee and some pastries during check in. Bruno was extremely helpful, his friendly and hospitable character made us feel very much like home. The BnB is in the very center of the old town of Naples and everything can be easily reached by foot. The room was clean and neatly decorated.
there should be some shelfs or racks in the bathroom to put towels and clothes in here.
Bruno is the best! We recommend to everybody!
everything was great; the host is one of the most hospitable guest house owner I have seen until now, willing to help anytime was needed; the room, was very nice, cozy and so ... white :)
the noise on the street on Friday and Saturday nights, but this is not the owner's fault.
Bruno is a very nice Guy, who is willing to help in every situation. He gave us very good restaurant recommendations ( too good, it was hard to find a place ;)) He helped with the car. It is wise to take the provided car parking, you can't find anything on your own. If you take the parking you can Drive through ZTL zone to stop in Front of the Hotel.
Very classy design of rooms in a 600-year old building. Comfortable and attractive, good wi fi connection. Friendly, helpful staff. Easy access to sites, across the street from the Duomo. Plentiful breakfast. It was raining when I left Napoli, and Vincenzo gave me a ride to the Beverello Port and helped me with my luggage. Grazie mille, Vincenzo!!!
Location Stuff Price
Vincenzo couldn't do enough for you Free shuttle to and from airport Immaculate rooms Great central location Fast wifi Incredible value for money
- The location in the heart of the old downtown (rignt in front of the 'Duomo') and not far from the railway and bus station - The nice old building, typical of Naples, that has been totally renovated in a charming way - The bedroom (with a small balcony) which is bright and extremely clean - All the facilities needed : privative bathroom, TV, wi-fi, hairdryer, etc. - And above all, the warm welcome of Vincenzo and his wike, who are both very kind and helpful ! I would definitely recommand this B&B, which is very good in several aspects and reasonably priced !
Nothing, as far as I'm concerned. You have to walk up two flights of stairs to get to the bedrooms (remember: it's an ancient neapolitan house), so that can be a problem for disabled people.
Great location in heart of historic centre. Fabulous staff - gave us a lift to the train station on our last day. Basic but clean accommodation.
There was nothing that we didn't like. However, overlooking a fairly busy road in the heart of town, it can be fairly noisy so if you are in search of peace and quiet this place may not be for you.
Bruno insisted on collecting us from the airport driving past his recommended restaurant to make sure it was open and to show us. Then next day he drove us to an ATM and then to the ferry terminal. And then refused all extra payment. The building is a 500 year old monastery opposite the duomo converted to rooms this year so is an interesting place to stay. Adequate breakfast and room size but no lift (not necessary since Bruno insists on carrying the cases).
Nothing not to like.
