Absolutely everything from the wonderful staff to the beautiful room to the amazing view and the perfect location. Worth every cent!

The location of the hotel was excellent - probably the best in Positano. The rooms were very nicely decorated and comfortable.

We did not have the children with us during our trip - thank God! The hotel web site had no warning at all that we would need to park our car in a public parking spot, ask for a porter to carry our bags and walk for about 5 minutes, as the location of the hotel is in a pedestrian only zone. I also didn't know Positano was known as "the vertical city", with lots of steps and hills. Thank God the kids were not with us - hence no buggy and extra bags - so our visit was great. Otherwise we would have suffered! Oh, and also, the rooms still have shower curtains - something I detest. Should upgrade before next season.

The hotel front desk staff was exceptionally service minded and helpful at all times. The hotel was ideally situated especially if you are using ferry transport and the view from the terrace was spectacular. The room was exceptionally clean. Overall, I would recommend the hotel highly.

I felt the food service personnel were not as helpful as the rest of the staff. The food at breakfast was good, but not the service.

The hotel staff were amazing. Very well run, great facilities. Wonderful breakfast.

very friendly, professional staff who spoke fluent English which was very useful ! The food both for breakfast and dinner was excellent as well as the views over the beach & water. The rooms luxurious, clean with great views over the water. I looked at many hotels in Positano and was very pleased with my choice close to the beach and activities when I realised just how many steps there are in Positano !

Positano is always a guarantee in terms of charm, warmth, beauty, romance. And the stay at Buca di Bacco was the cherry on top! Beside the great location at seaside, the hotel facility is gorgeous. We stayed in a double room with a seaside view. Opening the window every morning and having that glance at the bay was priceless. All the hotel staff was very warm, and always ready to help, and chat. Another great, great thing was the restaurant of the Hotel. With a marvelous and romantic terrace overlooking the bay, the food was just incredible! Delectable seafood, good choice of wine, great service, and as a Hotel guest you get 10% discount.... really more than worthy! I will be back very soon! Buca di Bacco is the place to stay!

I would have to say...location, location, location! This lovely hotel overlooking the beach at Positano filled every desire you would wish for in a hotel! Firstly, the warm greeting we received...even tho we were early, then the most helpful conceirge you could wish for...he booked our day trips to Capri and Pompeii, and also our return journey via car to Naples and our train tickets to Rome....nothing was too much trouble! Our room overlooking the beach was very comfortable and clean with a huge balcony on which you could lay in the sun or just sit and enjoy the view with a drink in hand. We were entranced! Thank you Buca di Bacco!

This hotel was one of the highlights of our trip. The staff are courteous and extremely helpful and the place is spotless . The breakfasts are sumptuous , and you close to everything particularly the your boats to Capri. If you have lots of heavy luggage, don't worry, pay €5 per bag and let the porters do their job! A fabulous hotel.

If you complain about this hotel you are extremely hard to please.

Incredible location, We had rooms with terraces overlooking the beach, We spent 16 days throughout Italy and Positano was our favorite, The quality of service and location of this hotel were both key factors

Not a complaint, but FYI, Since Hotel is on the beach, there is a short walk up/down hill to get there, Very easy for most people.

Excelent location allowing the visitors to escape the endless stairs of Positano. Nice standar room with sea view with a small balcony. The staff in the front desk was really really nice, always ready to answer any question you have.

Everything was ok. Of course the price could be a little bit lower but I understand that in such a fantastic and small village the prices will be high.
