Great location and wonderful views of the lagoon from our room. Facilities were quite limited and we had to pay a service charge of €6 when we ordered 2 drinks (which cost €6 each) on the terrace outside on the street. |

My husband and I were updated to a Jr. Suite upon check-in. Our room was excellent with a gorgeous view of the lagoon. The hotel staff upon check-in was also very pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located to the waterbus stop and attractions. None. Great hotel! |

Location on the waterfront, away from the crowds of tourists, yet close to all the major sites. Friendliness of the staff. A wonderful, spacious room with the view. Cozy, home-like atmosphere. A unique overall experience. |

It is infront of sea. Reception people were very cooperative. The bathroom ameneties were changed daily. The hotel was over-rated in the net. The rooms are very small. The bed is totally uncomfortable. The air-conditioner is not working. The internet speed is very low and disconnects many times. The breakfast was the worst ever due to lack of variable types of food. The room was cleaned late in the afternoon which was disturbing. |

Hotel is commfortably remote from "must see" in Venezia. Good choise for one who is allready "familiar" with serenissima and is returning again and again for joy of once soul. Highly recomendabile specialy out of " alta stagione" My admirations to the staff. With regards, dr Janko Novak |

Very friendly and helpful staff, really nice view, and it was quiet considering the canal and boats and crowd is just in front of the hotel. There was no iron available, nor in the room, not could they lend it as it is against the rules according to the receptionist. |

Excellent hotel. Pleasant and helpful staff and a great room made for an excellent stay. My only (small) complaint is that the baby cot allowed for our 8 month old to fall down the sides which he manged to do twice during our stay. |

Very nice breakfast spread, beautiful view, easy access to water bus, close to central area of St. Mark's, beautiful room Bathroom gave off a bit of "sewery" smell- just be sure to keep toilet lid down and bathroom door closed which helped the smell |

The hotel was scrupulously clean and the room and public areas were decorated to a high standard. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. There was nothing we did not like about the hotel but the residents' lounge was a bit small and whilst the bar was nicely decorated, there was not a particularly "cosy" atmosphere. We might have settled in for the evening had the atmosphere been a little more condusive. We did think that subdued lighting and candles might have done the trick. This is meant by way of constructive criticism. |

Position/view from the bedroom window/VFM/helpfulness of staff/good breakfast - would be happy to return it was a bit misleading about a roof terrace - its only for the suite not for all guests; no tea making facility in room, but its less common in Italy I suppose |

hotel staff very helpful. Breakfast very good. Rooms comfortable and great view of bay. I think you should offer tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. Otherwise excessive price charged for delivery of tea to room! |

Awesome - and I mean awesome - location (just 150m from Arsenale Vaporetto stop, from which you can get to the Airport with Alilaguna) with an excellent view on the whole seafront promenade up to St. Marks Square, very cousy room and marble bathroom. On top of it, it was very calm. |

Hotel was in good location and the hotel decor was gorgeous. Staff friendly and recommended us to a fabulous mozart quintet in a beautiful old church. |

The warm welcome and friendliness of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The location was perfect, far enough from S. Marco to avoid the noise of the crowds yet close to both public transport and major attractions. The hotel has only been open for six months and their attention to detail together with many personal touches make this hotel memorable. |

The location-quite near all the "important stuff" but not too close. The expansive view from our room of the waterfront and the buildings of and near San Marcos Square was great. The staff was wonderful. The included breakfast was good as well. Free internet access was also a plus. Unfortuantely it was rather loud in our room because we were unable to adjust the room temperature ourselves-it was locked out-and so we needed to open our window for fresh cooler air. This also, unfortuantely, allowed lots of mosquitoes in which kept us up much of the night. |

Hotel Ca' Formenta, opened in April 2003, is located in Via Garibaldi, pulsating heart of the Venetian life, one block from the Biennale of Modern Art and only 10 minutes from St.Mark’s Square. |
Enjoy a memorable lagoon holiday in elegant Villa Mabapa, a completely refurbished Art Nouveau building, set in a green flowery garden scattered in cedars, overlooking the lagoon from Lido Island. |
In the heart of Venice, this 4-star hotel is around the corner from the Opera House, 20 metres from the Fenice Theatre and 200 metres from Saint Mark’s Square. |
If you would like to visit Venice but not to stay in a crowded hotel, Cà Satriano is your ideal solution. This cosy bed and breakfast offers spacious, comfortable rooms. |
