Location We were put in a room in a house outside of the main hotel building. The view outside the window was blocked by hotel's own construction work. There were only Italian TV channels in the room and no satellite TV at all as advertised by the hotel, but the hotel staff did not apologize at all. In fact, the hotel staff at the main desk complained to us that he was not paid enough. |

We liked the easy access to Venezia combined with the peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast would need improvement in quality. |

Hotel was great. I would highly recommend it.. Breakfast, view and location were spectacular I though the staff could be more helpfull with good info about Venice. Wich museums are good, Wich monuments to visit, etc. When I asked, they only reply was "depends on what you like". Thanks Sherlock. =) |

It is about 5 minutes by bus to the vaporetto stop, from where you are in 10 minutes to San Marco. The room was clean, we had a nice view from window. It is 20 minutes on foot to the beach. Personnel was kind and helpful. |

it is in a very quiet neighborhood. be sure you will have to take a boat and then a bus to get there, unless you decide to walk 30 min.... i would also not really say it is a breakfast, though the coffeé was very good! |

Hotel was super, but Internet connection there was very bad. We can say that it do not work there. This will be better to take off the information about the Wireless internet from the site. |

Nice variety of foods for breakfast It would be nice if a hot water dispenser were available at breakfast, rather than relying on busy staff to provide a pitcher for each table. The pewter hot water pitcher is too hot to hold without using a napkin to grip the handle. Non-smoking dining would be preferable. |
