The location on the quiet island of Lido was very calming. There is room for improvement in the quality of breakfast served. Whole wheat breads would be welcome. |

first time in my life I got more then expected from 3-stars hotel !!! excellent location, very peacefull and romantic. Sea - only 20 meters from the hotel, bus stop just opposite to the the hotel. Rooms, breakfast room and hotel itself are very nicely decorated. Waking to the hotel from vaporetto station takes 20-30 min, but it is an obvious advantage for those, who likes to walk - as the way goes along the sea side. Otherwise the buses go every 20 min. Vaporetto trip to Venice takes 20 min as well. I would definatelly reccomend this hotel for my friends. Reception personell was slightly "reserved" and it was only negative thing what I could mention - however other staff - very helpfull and polite. Also for some people the breakfast could seems too basic, but it wasn't a problem for me, same as getting to the hotel during the night. |

very clean, great location. Staff very efficent. The night porter very friendly and polite. Breakfast poor . If you wish to stay out later then 2am you need to inform night porter as hotel is locked at 2am. |

We liked the style, the view of Venice from our window, the proximity to the famous Lido beach. It was quiet and yet only five minutes' walk from the ferry to Tronchetto and 15 minutes' walk from the vaporetto. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative aspect was the coffee that came with the included breakfast. We had to pay extra to have decent coffee. |

Quiet, cosy, clean hotel 10 min walking to the beach, and 5 min riding by bus + 20 min floating by boat to the Venice centre and the other islands of Venice. View to the Venice and lagoon. While my husband and I have been checking out pretty smiling housemaid run into and presented me my gold wedding ring which I had been left on the room desk. Grate! |

The bus right stop right in front of the hotel. Quite close to the beach Less busses going to the hotel in the evening walking to from the ferry to the hotel is about 20-30min. No free internet. Too basic breakfast. |

The gardens and the air con was really great. It was a long way from any food outlets and after arriving late at nigt we then had to return to th centre of town to find food. No tea making equipment in the room. |

The hotel was convenient to get to the centre of Venice -- the vaporetto stop was a 2 minute walk away -- and its location on Lido allowed us to enjoy peace and quiet and the relaxing beach. The room was large, clean, well-decorated, and comfortable. Breakfast on the terrace facing the lagoon and under grape vines is a great way to start the day. |

the hotel is very nice and peaceful and well connected as well. You have a nice Garden so you can relax if you want to. Breakfast is good as well The beds are a bit hard and most importantly, the staff a bit rude and reluctant. There are no eating points in the vicinity and with no options in the hotel can be a bit troublesome if you are in the mood to relax |

Clean rooms and breakfast ok but would have liked a little more choice. Statement of hotel suggests recent refurb but must have been a good couple of years et. On the whole not bad considering it's Venice - nice position on the side of the waterways leading to adriatic - Many liners came past our door! Position of hotel was at the extremes of the lido making arrival difficult in unfamiliar surroundings, ie., access to buses or knowledge of taxis. Maps showed hotel in different positions resulting in a long walk with luggage ( 1 mile ) |

Everything really! A great place to see, although not on th mainland, it is only half an hour by bus / water taxi. I asked for flowers in the room and for €30 got a massive bunch for our wedding annvy. Staff v helpfull and friendly. Nothing, I would only say if there was an evening meal avaialble we would have had one. |

The hotel is located on the Lido and provides quiet accomodation away from the reverberating sounds of the maze of passageways and piazzas that make up Venice. The nights are quiet and the hotel window includes a thick outside blind which prevents light waking you up too soon. I found that sometimes the staff were slightly off and I got the impression on occasion that our being there was more of a hindrance and they would prefer that we just left. On our last day we were told that it was more preferable for the hotel if we did not leave our bags there for ther 12 hour wait for our flight which was not helpful and slighty off having paid over £250.00 for the stay. |

Fantastic value for money, lovely spacious room looking out over the lagoon, quiet location away from the claustrophobia of Venice. It was quite far away from everything, being near the north end of the Lido, so getting in and out of Venice and to and from the main attractions took a while. We quite liked the peace and quiet though. |

The hotel was in a pretty good location, across the street from the bus stop. Relatively inexpensive for a Venice hotel. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast was what I would consider a continental breakfast although the website states that it is a buffet breakfast. |

Location is easily reachable via public transportation. View to the lagoon. Breakfast ends at 9.30, tiny room with shower cabin and toilet built in at a later time. |
