Opened in 2012, Buonarroti Suite is just 1200 ft from Termini Train Station and a 2 minute walk from the Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore. It has modern rooms with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.

I Love Termini is only 250 metres from Termini Train and Metro Station. It offers air-conditioned accommodation.
Score from 110 reviews Good

we liked the help we got when we needed it very helpfull
we stayed for three nights.the room was small but functional(there was a safe,a little fridge and tv and a hairdryer in the bathroom).every day we had it cleaned and the towels and soaps was replaced.the breakfast was simple as we were told but very satisfying.the staff was very friendly and helpful.it is very close to termini (5 minutes)and to the center (10 minutes from colosseum for example) so this made our movements very easy.
The aircondition wasnt working but the temperature at the room was very good even though it was raining all night so it wasnt a problem for us.
Friendly stuff, location. We stayed only for 1 night. The room is ok for a short stay.
The hotel needs some serious renovation.
Excellent location, 5 mins walk from the train station, good Restaurant minutes away. area not too "touristy" but easy walking distance into town. Nice old fashioned hotel, very "continental" feel, and caring staff who speak english.
being English, we missed our "tea making facilities" ......
People was very nice and helpfull. My wife is celiac and they bought special breakfast food for her. And even we had to leave the hotel at 6:30am they gave us the breakfast in the room.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was good. Room was comfortable and clean.
Had problems with the air con and as room was next to reception could hear buzzer every time someone wanted to be let in and noise from reception.
Staff were very friendly and breakfast was good, breads Yoghurt and pastries. Hotel was close to main attractions. Room was basic but adequate and bathroom was clean and functional. Close to supermarkets and transport,
Slightly dark coming home at night. Room itself quite small.
Good location,great stuff,
Staff was very helpful and accommodating when we decided to cancel our second night. We did not feel safe in the area.
Safety concerns! After arriving in Rome by train, we had several people tell us it was unsafe to walk after dark to the hotel, which was not too far away.
Helpful and nice staff.. Easy to get To from termini, nice food around which is a bit cheaper than when around the touristy areas.
2days in a row we heard yelling and fighting. Supposedly cleaners where fired for theft... Wifi connection is Patchy, air con didnt work
staff was very friendly, the location of the hotel not far from the Termini train station
the room was very tiny - I cannot imagine how 2 people could have stayed in it (I booked a double room)- and noisy from the street; breakfast was very poor
the location was good.
the room was very small. the shower cabin was very small and you could with difficulty take a shower.
The staff were very helpful - they couldn't do enough for you. They were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was generous and the room was tidied and new towels provided each day. Location was near to a metro station with links all over the city plus it was very close to Termini station and the airport buses. We left early morning (6am) and were provided with breakfast the evening before. The building has an elevator and 24 hour reception so very convenient. For the price, this is an excellent place to stay.
Carlos Alberto is a busy road and the noise of the traffic was tremendous - even with a closed window. Can't blame the Buonarroti Home for Roman traffic. I can't imagine there is a quiet hotel room anywhere in central Rome!
The room was very clean and wifi worked very well. It was close to Termini station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.
Closed to the metro station and Termini, nice helpful staff.
We booked an apartement for 4 people. The apartement was in the groundfloor. There was dark. The bathroom was terrible. We sleeped in the first night 4 in one room because there wasn't 2 separated rooms. After speeking with the owner we had got 2 beds in the living room. He was helpful, but there wasn't other free rooms. The breakfast is an italin breakfast, always croiassant, honey, marmalade.
Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean, breakfast was fine - nice cappuccino
Shower was terrible! Half screen and half curtain, and the shower head was dead straight and shot at the wall rather than on the person showering. Small lift was difficult with large luggage. Room was quite small. I think there are better places to stay for a similar price.
The receptionists were all really kind, good and variuos breakfast, the room very tidy. Good position in the city, near to the most important monuments (15 minutes on foot far from the Colosseum).. They let you leave your luggage also after your check out if you need to.
I had to keep the window closed as the street was quite noisy (and using the conditioner for the temperature was still high at night).. In my room there wasn't any night light (you should stretch from the bed or turn it off and then go to bed).
Wifi was so unreliable. I asked the staff for help, and he couldn't care less about my problem. Other staffs are very nice though.
Location. Cleanliness. Price. Helpfullness of staff. All what a short-stay visitor could ask for.
Perhaps a little more light/cosiness in the rooms. That's all...
Location was convenient to train station and worked well as a base for sightseeing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Tasty breakfast!
It is a stone-throw distance to the famous sites; the Chinese travel agency and the Chinese restaurant are very good. The staff is nice and helpful.
the bathroom is dirty. The surrounding is messy since it is near the railway station.
The Staff was excellent and friendly The room was updated and clean
Slow computer, printing options Location of BH
I liked the communication with the stuff. Immediately after booking the room, I was informed about the confirmation of the booking and when we got there, the reception by the owner, Marcelo was excellent. He carried our bags, the other stuff too who gave us information on how and where to go as tourists. Breakfast was good too. Hotel is a 2 minute walk to the metro station. 5minutes walk to the main train station-Termini. 15minutes walk to the Closseum. Would definitely go back.
Internet was there but not too efficient. Of which I didn't mind because I was always busy.
The location was very convenient. It was easy to walk to most places, and the metro as well as the Termini are really close by if you need to go further. The room was tiny but sufficient and very clean. The Italian breakfast lady was incredibly nice even though she only speaks Italian and she makes great cappuccinos. The wifi was fast and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The street is really noisy especially during the week - it's less noisy in the weekends though, but if you are not used to living in a noisy city ask for a quiet room. The beds are quite hard and not that comfortable. The lift is really tiny and old.
Great location, easy walk from Termini railway station, great value and felt looked after at breakfast time, thanks to the lovely staff.
