Buono Hotel  

Room size and standards of cleanliness. Staff.

1.7 kms from station when in fact it states close to station..took 40 mins to walk it with suit cases. Nearest restaurant open was 1.5 kms away. No bar/restaurant facilities that were open. Location miles from anyway and next door virtually to what looked like a huge prison!!!

Staff is polite.

No wifi in the room, had to go to the lobby. But lobby area is too small and not much privacy. The worst thing for the stay is the location of the hotel, which is far far away from the railway station - contracry to what the hotel states in its description! Not sure whether it is worth the price,

Everything was good, the room was very clean and comfortable.

It was far away from the city center, in a bad neighboorhood.

Finding a clean bed at at the end of a horrid day driving around lost in a horrid city - Napoli! We had run out of Euros and the manager on duty allowed us to add the cab charge to our room bill and then he paid cash to the cab driver.

There is no restaurant in this hotel as the description indicated. The staff are unfriendly and spoke none to very little Italian (we are English speakers) so we had difficulty getting out needs met, e.g., the controls for the air conditioner were not easy to figure out so when requested help, the desk person was angry and very unhappy that I needed him to come to my room to fix it and at that, it barely emitted enough air to cool 4 square feet.

service is excellent. rooms are spacious and perfectly clean. breakfast was fair.

only bad about this hotel is his location. it isn't far away but with transportation in Naples everything is far away. By bus it will take you 15 min to arrive at center but you will wait bus 30 min. The only solution is taxi, but you need to order it from hotel.

Nice hotel with clean room and underground parking though parking charge is extra. But the cooler in the room didn't seem to help much.

the hotel is in a very bad neighborhood. Quite sketchy... It is very noisy and we were woken up several times in the night by noise in the streets or even in the reception....

The staff were welcoming and friendly and the room was very clean and spacious. Very good en suite facilities.

It was suggested in booking.com that this address was close to the Station Garibaldi. It was certainly not within walking distance, which we wanted and the area felt very sleazy. So we took a taxi from the station. We did get a bus into Naples but by the time we got back to the hotel it was near to 6pm. We tried to get something to eat in the hotel snack bar, only to be told that the coffee machine was broken and there was no food. We wanted to have a meal but would have had to get a taxi out to restaurant areas and then another back again. So all in all, the location of this very nice hotel is poor.

Location was excellent as you're closer to the city as well as the main highway. If you're driving, this place is great as they have a underground car park on location, which is a must in Napoli.

They have excellent rooms but the shower was terrible. It would be helpful to either repair or replace the shower.

Esperienza totalmente negativa.camera cieca,adiacente al bar rumorosissimo,ed addirittura vicina alla reception,quindi la notte sentivamo tutti I clienti che suonavano per entrare e che chiacchieravano con il portiere.

Очень удачный отель. Недалеко от центра города и вокзала, рядом остановка, часто ходит транспорт (автобус, трамвай), можно легко добраться до любой достопримечательности. Были в нем 5 дней, Неаполь+Помпеи+шоппинг. Цена+качество = превосходный вариант для тех, кто хочет побыть пару дней в городе. Бесплатный интеренет в номере через модем порадовал. Удобная кровать. Чистая ванная комната. Есть ощущение нового отеля, не потертого. Персонал гостипреимен.

Завтраки за отдельную плату.

Non si può dare una camera senza finestre,orribile.Si è vero l'offerta è buona, perchè la camera veniva 45 euro (+10 di parcheggio), cmq questo non giustifica la camera senza finestre e il trattamento ricevuto, inoltre non essendo ancora un periodo freddo, abbiamo dovuto accendere il condizionatore, ovviamente la conseguenza è stata un influenza.Per chiudere, un giovanotto, alla reception,con tono arrogante e maleducato, dopo aver chiesto se era possibile avere una camera con finestre, ci ha risposto "no è l'ultima", senza manco degnarsi di chiedere se qualcuno di noi soffrisse di claustofobia o di capire se c'era un problema.Mai piu

Per quello che abbiamo pagato e' stato veramente un soggiorno confortevole economico e poi la struttura e' stupenda

Un unica pecca in bagno nn c'è riscaldamento per cui quando si usciva dalla doccia si gelava
