Buono Hotel  

Everything was good, the room was very clean and comfortable.

It was far away from the city center, in a bad neighboorhood.

The staff were welcoming and friendly and the room was very clean and spacious. Very good en suite facilities.

It was suggested in booking.com that this address was close to the Station Garibaldi. It was certainly not within walking distance, which we wanted and the area felt very sleazy. So we took a taxi from the station. We did get a bus into Naples but by the time we got back to the hotel it was near to 6pm. We tried to get something to eat in the hotel snack bar, only to be told that the coffee machine was broken and there was no food. We wanted to have a meal but would have had to get a taxi out to restaurant areas and then another back again. So all in all, the location of this very nice hotel is poor.

1.7 kms from station when in fact it states close to station..took 40 mins to walk it with suit cases. Nearest restaurant open was 1.5 kms away. No bar/restaurant facilities that were open. Location miles from anyway and next door virtually to what looked like a huge prison!!!

Finding a clean bed at at the end of a horrid day driving around lost in a horrid city - Napoli! We had run out of Euros and the manager on duty allowed us to add the cab charge to our room bill and then he paid cash to the cab driver.

There is no restaurant in this hotel as the description indicated. The staff are unfriendly and spoke none to very little Italian (we are English speakers) so we had difficulty getting out needs met, e.g., the controls for the air conditioner were not easy to figure out so when requested help, the desk person was angry and very unhappy that I needed him to come to my room to fix it and at that, it barely emitted enough air to cool 4 square feet.

Room was good size and well kept.

Location is no where close to where it's noted in the description. What was suppose to be a 20-minute walk from the train station, turned into a 45-minute venture. Also, being that we did not arrive until late at night, that part of the city did not feel all that safe.

the hotel is in a very bad neighborhood. Quite sketchy... It is very noisy and we were woken up several times in the night by noise in the streets or even in the reception....

Die Nähe zum Flughafen,in 10Min. Mit dem Taxi ist man dort.Von Aussen war es schön.

Keine Möglichkeit um etwas im Hotel zu essen.Um das Hotel sind nur Lagerhallen, Industrie und Autobahnen. Zimmer ist klein, Sanitäranlagen zum Teil defekt. Hotel ist aber günstig und für den Preis I.O.

L'albergo e' in ottime condizioni, camere ben tenute e pulite. Ottimo rapporto qualita' prezzo. Staff disponibilissimo e molto alla mano.

E' leggermente fuori dal centro, ma proprio di fronte c'e' la fermata dei tram, anche se il servizio dura solo fino alle 23! 10 euro extra per il parcheggio per ogni giorno di permanenza!

Hotel molto carino e confortevole, con uno staff super gentile e disponibile. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. La pozione non è proprio centrale, ma è servita benissimo dai mezzi, infatti appena di fronte all'hotel, c'e' la fermata del tram e di vari bus che portano in centro. Assolutamente consigliato!!!

l'hotel è nuovo e carino le camere pulite

abbiamo chiesto varie informazioni su come arrivare in centro e ci è stata data un 'informazione sbagliata visto che potevamo evitare tanta strada a piedi, la colazione di 6euro a persona è troppo cara, mancanza di un frigobar in camera e personale ( 2 su tre) maleducata in alcune circostanze, parcheggio troppo caro quando si può tranquillamente includere nel prezzo della camera

Camera a fost foarte buna. Amplasarea e destul de buna fata de oras.

Personalul nu e tocmai amabil si, in afara de o femeie de serviciu care nici macar nu era italianca, mai nimeni nu intelege alta limba decit a lui. Si prin asta intelegem 'napoletana'... chiar si cu italiana fac ochi mari. :))
