price, cleanliness, higher-than-expected interior decor, breakfast was sorta okay, nice cul-de-sac entrance keeps you off the typical Naples sketchy street
only one person spoke english, others sort-of tried but barely put in the effort for their customer in this regard and seemed distracted…wish they would put more effort into this. got a one- person double bed, and room is really small, cramped
Hotel was clean and in good standard.
Hotel staff has problems with English.
Our room stunk of cigarettes when we first entered. We had requested a non smoking room and when I approached the man at the reception desk to ask for a non smoking room, he responded that all the rooms were non smoking. He suggested opening the window. After returning from parking the car, another woman was on the desk so I again asked her for a non-smoking room, because the one we had was clearly 'smoking' as there was an ash tray in the room. The male staff member then walked up and asked what was wrong. I again told him that the room was clearly smoking. The woman told him to give us another non-smoking room, which he did, reluctantly.
Parking on site.
Smell of cleaning chemicals in room.
good value for money, very clean, very helpful staff.
it was far away from the city centre and the night receptionist did not speak English.
Nothing. Far better hotels nearby. Book one of those.
Booked in for a night in August. There was an issue with the room. Manager was not in the least interested , basically it was a 'put up with it attitude '. We then left in the night ,so in all spent 1 1/2 hours in this hotel as their attitude was so poor. During our holiday time We stayed in a few hotels in Naples with the view of making some group bookings for a wedding which would of been for at least 4 nights. This hotel will now not be used and most certainly not recommend . I have worked for many years in the hotel industry and have travelled widely and what has ruined it for this hotel is the poor staff behaviour . You should expect a customer experience, but this is one we do not want to experience again.
The hotel is good and the staff are really helpful!
The location is not so good, but as we were by car it was't a problem.
- The place looks very tidy and classy, looks more expensive than it actually is. -The staff is extremely polite and helpful, and will go out of their way to solve any issues. -The room I was given was very comfortable, with a spacious shower cabin and comfortable bed, a flat screen TV and desk space. -Breakfast was also very good, with a selection of breads, cold cuts, juices, cereal, and freshly brewed expresso. -Private, secure parking garage available.
-Staff is not very fluent in English, so some things get 'lost in translation' -Although a request was made for a 'quiet' room, the room provided was a 'reduced mobility' room on the ground floor, not far from the reception blurb. Also, nearby room doors buzzed loudly when card keys were swiped. -WiFi signal is 'very' poor, although you can use it without any need to sign in. -Elevator is 'VERY' narrow. -Garage fees a 'bit' too expensive.
Nice clean rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful.
You would never expect such a nice, cute little hotel with crazy Napoli buzzing around you. Very friendly and helpful staff, very clean. The breakfast is Italian, but much better and much more selection than in most of the other italian hotels we have been to so far. We stayed 5 days and enjoyed every day. The tram stops right before the hotel (recommendation: buy the one-day-Napoli-ticket for 3.70 EUR, which can be used on busses and Metro as well). By foot it takes only half an hour into the old town. I have even tried a walk from the Airport one day: 34 minutes exactly (but don´t try with a heavy suitcase, and especially don´t try when it is dark). The Pizzeria right on the other side of the road is less than perfect, but the one 200m to the right (called Cruise) is wonderful! Supermarket only 30m to the left. What can I say? Almost perfect for such a price, really. Congratulations to the Buono Team. Our tipp: Not only visit the Vesuvio, but also visit the Solfatara near Pozzuoli, if you are interested in volcanics at all! It is just amazing. Note: hotel staff tries to speak English, which is not necessarily usual in Napoli, and some perform quite well, actually. But if you are going into town, it is better if you learn at least a few words of Italian before you arrive.
Some say the area around the hotel is not safe during the night. Well, we have tried, though, and survived. In my opinion, really all of Napoli does not feel quite safe during the night. Although - on the other hand - it is an exceptional city with many interesting faces, and an amazing city, really. We loved it!
It is a beautiful little hotel in Naples with easy access to the city and surrounding historical areas. The staff were very friendly and made some good sight seeing suggestions. The bus stop is right outside the hotel gate.
It was modern and clean.
They did not serve any food. No pool also
The front office staff were pleasant and very helpful.
Good location near Naples airport. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good price value
Pillows and bed were thin and hard
Taxi driver and his colleagues had never heard of the hotel, which was a bit disconcerting. Neighborhood looked quite rugged, scary. Wouldn't venture out on our own there. Staff was unpleasant, even rude. Not a nice stay.
Interior of the hotel is interesting and nice. There is an underground parking. Staff was friendly and helpful, they told us how to get to the city centre and back by public transport. Good connection with city centre (tram stop is opposite the hotel). Not far from the airport: taxi (called by staff) from the hotel to the airport (with 4 big items of luggage) costed 20 euros. Good Wi-Fi.
The triple room was too small for 3 person (not 23 m2 as in the description of the room said). There is no early breakfast. One of the staff doesn't speak english so it was a problem. No fridge in the room.
Friendly staff Good breakfast Underground parking (not challenging to park!) Fair connection to city center (tram)
A bit noisy (close to city highway)
We asked for a wake-up call that never came. Luckily i woke up and found the night person asleep. We had to depart early and were promised an early snack which was not available. We did get coffee anyway.
Staff refused to prepare early breakfast. Also proposed taxi to airport with price 40 euro despite of real price 15-20 euro.
The décor in the lobby was nice.
The location was awful. There wasn't a safe place to leave our luggage while waiting to check-in. Staff wasn't super helpful. There was a bit of a language barrier...can't really fault them there but...
The facility was nice and the staff was friendly.
The hotel staff called for a taxi and said the taxi was safe and that the rate was 14 Euro. The taxi did not feel safe and, after we arrived at the airport, the driver tried to charge us triple the rate. Very shady.
Big and quality designed room, good breakfast.
Staff doesn't speak English well, location is far from the center of the city and the neighbourhood is not often pleasant.
I booked thinking it was 1.4km from airport, but the reception staff said we were 4km.
Staff very helpful and efficient. Location convenient to airport.
Good all round
