30 meters away from metro station, large room, great pillows, free parking if you book via booking.com American breakfast that does not suit with the typical italian culture and style of the hotel. For example, there was no espresso! |

It was a bargain. A 4-star hotel for about 65 euros/night. Far from downtown but very near metro station. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast but crowded towards 10am. Shower box drain was partially clogged so feet ended up in a pool of dirty soap water. The hotel is not located in a pleasant area but we did not feel unsafe. Far from grocery if you are into having meals at room. Wi-fi rates. |

It was a few steps from suburban railway station, in a quiet place, bed and pillows were perfect, the room was big, the breakfast quite good and a very good restaurant La Plancia around the corner. |

We had a superior room which was very comfortable, albeit the standard size hotel room, tha bathroom was ok and the level of cleanliness good, the breakfast was adequate but bear in mind the Italians are not big on breakfast. The staff were very helpful and pleasant at all times. Although the hotel is a bit out of the centre it is on the same metroline as the Duomo and the central station which you could get to in a short time. The quality of some of the items at breakfast such as the bread and croissants and coffee could have been a lot better. |

Although hotel was a little far from central, subway station was near hotel about 2 min by feet. It tooks 20 min to central by subway including waiting time. There is a little noise like "KKi kki" from window |

Very good price for location and facilities. Very comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with even shower slippers and cosmetic kit. Really close to the Metro line 3 (the one going to the center and train station) 10/15 minutes of metro. Good selection of free miniguides and maps at the reception No free internet in reception and quite expensive |

The location is excellent close to the airport and right beside the metro which brings you to Milan city centre in minutes. The decor in the hotel is very outdated. The restuarant was in the basement and it was like been in a dungeon with not a great menu. |

Staff were courteous and helpful. Very close to the Metro Subway system. Once you learn how to ride, it is a piece of cake to get around. Could have rode the subway from the train station door to door for 2 Euros rather than the taxi at 20 Euros. Clerk offered to convert US to Euros but the exchange rate was hideous. Either he thought I was a total fool, or he was trying to make a buck on the side, but either way it was way out of line. Also, location wasn't that convenient. I thought I was being smart about staying close to downtown and the airport, but it really isn't close to either. |

Near the metro. Nothing interesting around the hotel. Maybe good for business travelers Average breakfast. "Do not disturb" does not work in the hotel. No safe deposit in the room. Cost of internet in the hotel - eur 35 for 1 hour! (Average cost in the city - eur 6). Advice: internet available in the Duomo metro station. |

Although outwith city centre, hotel was easy to access by metro. Staff on receception spoke very good English and were friendly, efficient & helpful. Rooms were very well insulated so you did not hear any outside noise. |

Very comfy room, staff extremely professional and helpful. Quiet and great breakfast! It is getting a little dated looking and the shower was slippery getting out on the upper step, going down to the tile floor below...could be dangerous with no door on the shower and water spraying out. Internet was quite pricey compared to the rest of our hotels in Europe. |
