It took the lady at the reception nearly 15 minutes to check me in. The room was okay, but not very clean, everything was quite worn out. Internet connection quite expensive and not very fast. The breakfast was poor. Old croissants and the coffee took almost 10 minutes.

Price

The staff was generally curt. The room was poor quality - shower did not work properly. What was said to be a queen bed was just two twins, made up individually, and pushed together. One night was the max in this second- rate business hotel. Deceptive web listing said "free internet" which turned out to mean 30 mins free, in the lobby area only, with very, very slow wireless connection. Room connection was extra and way too expensive. Plenty of better hotels in Milan.

Very good breakfast. A little outside city center but very easy to get to center by metro. A nice touch was that we had a very early flight and they gave us a breakfast box to take with us. Also, they upgraded our superior room upon arrival and we ended up staying in a junior suite. All in all very happy with service and quality for price.

Breakfast is perfect

The facility, staff and room were excellent. The hotel is next to a metro stop for easy access to all city locations. The breakfast buffet was extraordinary - a wide variety of hot and cold foods. Highly recommend this hotel for any traveller to Milan.

The only English-language TV station they have is Russian Television - which has a decidedly socialist viewpoint. Most hotels we have stayed at in Italy have either BBC or CNN, or both. Also, the only free wi-fi they offer can only be used in their lobby, and then only for 30-minute increments. (You can obtain a new password and sign-in again, but it is a pain.)

Breakfast

Wifi it costs too much. It should be free for customers or at least few, very few euros. You cannot pay 11 euros for 24hrs wifi connection or 5 euros for a hour wifi connection.

The room was a decent size and clean, the bed comfortable, and the staff very pleasant and helpful. Although the location looks a long way from the centre on the map, the metro station really is just around the corner and it takes no more than 10 minutes to get to the centre. If we come to Milan again (very likely) we would definitely stay in this hotel again.

The room was very dry, which I reailsed was due to a ventilator in the bathroom that was permanently sucking air. However I also discovered that this could be "manually" turned off by simply screwing in the disc plate. After that it was fine.

The location is perfect both for business, shopping and leaisure purposes, as is in front of the Metro station Porta di Mare which in 15 min. brings you to "Duomo", 10 min. from Linate airport and 3 min. from the Autostradale. 1 h from Gardaland, 1 h from Seravalle Outlet

Really good value for our money as well as very helpful staff and very spacious clean lovely room, The dark skinned man that carried our bags to our room when we first arrived was extra nice and friendly with his charming smile and friendlinest towards us.

Excellent value for money. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Decent-sized bathroom and a handy gym. Great breakfast and very helpful, friendly staff.

We stayed there because it was very reasonably priced and close to the airport, but we didn't realise there are two airports in Milan and it was the other airport (45 km away) that we needed.
