ホテルはとてもきれいで部屋も広かったです。朝食のパンがあまりおいしくなかったのが残念です。ベーコンと卵は焼きすぎでびっくりしました。早くから作りすぎているように思います。 |

do not disturb サインを出してたのに、部屋の掃除がされてた。 前日の夜にタクシーをお願いしたのにチェックアウトの時に手配されて無く、急遽手配したタクシーも二人分のスーツケースが入らないとかで、再度タクシーを手配。ｶﾄﾞﾙﾅ駅からの特急の時間に間に合わず、タクシーで空港まで行く破目に成る。 |

快適でした。地下鉄駅も近く、ミラノの中心地にも直ぐに行く事が出来ます。 特にありせんが、強いて言えば、朝食に野菜があれば完全です。 |

英語のコミュニケーションでしたが、スタッフの全てが英語が堪能なわけではないので、少し意思疎通が難しい時がありました。でもみなさん親切で快適に過ごせました。 私の泊まった部屋は、バスタブのないシャワーのみの設備だったので、お風呂好きの日本人には、少し辛いかもしれません。 |

Metro station is near-by, we found reasonably good traditional restarant nearby. Reception was friendly. But we doubt it's enough for 4 stars level. It is relatively far from the center, surroundings are industrial-looking, breakfast choise was not wide, no coffe-suggestion coffe other than Americano at breakfast (VERY surprising for Italy), the photo of the building was done in a way that did not gave a chance to identify it, the hotel is not so modern as internet says, fitness center door was closed all the time, parking procedure is unclear |

Everything was perfect,the hotel is a true 4 star place with excellent facilities and service.The room(executive)was extremely big and the bed was huge.Next to the metro station,so you can easily be in Duomo and Milan Central Station in 10-15mins. The price for internet.At a 4 star hotel,internet should be free and if not,for sure cost less than 10 euro per hour! |
