Dette hotellet utmerket seg ikke for min del. Utsjekking gikk effektivt, bra personale da. Nattespersonale bør være mer effektive og serviceinnstilt når en trøtt familie ankommer sent en kveld. |

Rommene på hotellet var store og komfortable. Betjeningen var vennlig og frokosten var bra. Hotellet ligger i tillegg nære metro`n slik at man enkelt kommer seg til sentrum. |

The hotel was close to the metro station which was good as the hotel was situated in the middle of an industrial estate in the middle of nowhere. The room however was very clean and roomey. Would not give me an iron but wanted £14 to iron my shirt at the laundry room. Hotel was in the middle of nowhere. Breakfast was absolutely disgusting! Staff had very limited English. However from exploring Milan I would definatly recommend the Starhotels Rosa Grand! |

Excellent staff! Very nice atmosphere of the hotel and room+good breakfast. Close to metro, 10min to centre. Good bed. |

The staff was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was able to ccommunicate in English which was very comfortable for us. |

This hotel has a metro station just around the corner. It is 15 minutes from the center of the city. Our room had good size, bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Stuff was friendly |

Stunning modern decor in a top-of-the-line business hotel. Service was friendly and efficient. Excellent breakfast buffet. The only 'tiny' drawback is that beds are very firm - almost like sleeping on the floor. But the bed linens were pristine, as was everything else in the hotel. |

Very large bathroom, nice towels, basic cosmetics provided, large choice of food at breakfast, including hot eggs, bacon, sausages and fresh froots, Breakfast is till 10:30. Close to metro station (Porto Di Mare) and bus stop.Large bed; tea making facilities at dosposal. Good, but old fashion furniture, Our room was very large but dark and somehow uncosy, because the windows were very low, practicaly at the floor and the artificial light was insufficient. |

Really quite,good price.Nice Hair and Body wash.Architecture of the hotel.Professional and polite reception staff. Standard European breakfast,not so Italian.Food was taken away at 10:30.You can be left without breakfast if you like to stay longer in bed-so go to the restaurant early!Long distance to the city-you need about 30 mins. to get to Duomo by Metro. |

we had booked a triple room which was only a double with a fold out bed for a third person once i made it known i wasn't happy with the room we were upgraded to a suite on the 10th floor which was fantastic and spacious for three the staff could not have been more friendly will certainly stay there again if we get as good a deal not too far out of city metro 2 mins away |

Parking was free of charge at the time we stayed. Close to the metro station. We got impression that the breakfast was not so good as earlier (we stayed in this hotel around a year ago). |

The staff was very friendly, the room was decent, and the location was good for a suburb hotel. I didn't like the fact that room service was over by 10:30pm... As we were driving there, we got after that time, and it was not a good surprise. Maybe this information should have been given before at reservation. |
