Overall the hotel is in a good location and comfortable. The hotel is 10 minutes by yellow metro line to the center. Subway is 50 meters away. On the street corner restaurant is also good. Parking spaces are on the street outside the hotel - free.

It's too big and there is no way & dating and personal contact with other tourists.

Hotel very close to th metro station. Within 12 minutes you're in front of the Milan cathedral. For breakfast there's a great variety of whatever you ight think of. All in all, a great price to value relation.

you have to pay extra for the internet connection in the room. However, if you need only to check your e-mail or search for something in the web, there's a free internet connection in the lobby plus a computer with a printer for the guests.

Small room and poor bar service

Nice clean hotel with cozy inner garden. Situated very close to underground station on the same line as Duomo station (the city center). Good breakfast.

Improved triple room was actually a double with a cot (wheeled bed) standing at the foot of the double bed and the stuff didn't want to help us change it to something better! No free wi-fi in rooms, only 30 min wi-fi in lobby. Bathroom was rather old-style.

We arrived early due to an early flight and we were able to check in, which was appreciated. The hotel is next to a metro station, which is positive, but it is still relatively far from the city. The staff was helpful.

We booked for a superior triple room. The room was rather small for 3 people, it looked rather than a double room with extra bed. It was still ok as I was travelling with 2 kids, however for 3 adults it is definitely too small. There was not even half a meter between the table and the extra bed, so we had to replace the chair besides the table so that we could pass during the night between the bed and the table.

Very close to metro line, 100 meters, so it does not matter that you are not in city center since you can be there in 10 minutes. Very good breakfast and friendly staff.

Rooms were excellent, clean. Very good value for money.

I did not like parking entrance, entrance from parking to the hotel. Bathrooms were quite old and not friendly. Breakfast was poor in variety. It is more like a 3 star sure not 4 star.

The room was big and spacious and close to metro station. Staff was nice.

Extremely old and ugly. Wifi was veryyy poor. Ac didn't work and when we asked to fix it they said open your window! Safe box was not working as well. We waited in queue to get seated for breakfast... Pathetic hotel. Veryyy far from city center

The Family Room is basically an executive room with two extra makeshift beds added and there was only one bathroom in the room which is totally not suitable for a family of four adults. The location is not close to the city center if you don't have a car. Breakfast is completely self- service, no one will bring you tea or food unlike other hotels in Italy. Have to say they provide a wide range of food in breakfast but don't expect too much about the quality. Wifi not free in rooms, you have to go to the lobby to have free internet access.

I liked quite a big room, it's important in Italy. The hotel is very close to metro, so you can get Duomo in 15 minutes.

The reception staff was not helpful, Not good informed and do not try their suggestions for a restaurant. There is a tax of €4 per person for every night that is not included in the price.

The best hotel for what I paid in Milano.Very clean and comfortable. My room was huge, like a suite The metro station is literaly 30 metres from the hotel which was extremely convenient since you could go anywhere very fast and cheap. Also the biggest and most complete breakfast buffet I had in italy. I would go there again for sure

Everything about the hotel is just great. It's big standar 4-star business hotel. The room was very, very big, with even an small office ensuite, and we paid for it less than we usually would on a 3-star or 2-star hotels. The staff is very friendly (a rare thing in Milano), kind and helpful. The breakfast is just great, with everything you can imagine a breakfast has to have. To complete, the hotel is a couple steps from a metro station and it takes less than 10 minutes (non-stop and change trains) from the Duomo station, and less than 15 also non-stop) to the Milano Centrale Train Station Star Hotels just won this customer.

To tell the truth? Absolutely nothing! It was the first hotel I rated 100%.

Room was nice and clean, lots of options for breakfast. We traveled by car and parked outside on free places on the steet. Subway station is really close.

Stuff on reception was really slow and me and my friends were very surprised with there attitude.

1. Although in the room pictures there was a bathtub, the actual room included a shower cabin which was difficult to handle 2. If you return after midnight at the hotel by taxi, it's a little pricy..
