Location was perfect. Vaporetto station and St. Marco are very very close. Breakfast compared with Italian breakfast standard very fine! |

it's location the rooms were small, you could hear everything in the other rooms and hallways, there was no restaurant, the tv did not function properly only a couple of channels were clear. the room had no decor, and the bed linens looked used and old and wornout |

The staff was so kind and verey helpful, room and the bath was very good in clean, size, quite, free internet, only the break fast could be butter and more choises. If there is varity in type of break fast, other was every thing is just pperfect. |

hotel staff were helpful, the location is very close to San Marco Sq. We had 2 rooms there, air condition was not efficient in one of the rooms. and the style of the rooms were old looking. |

A fabulous hotel. book with confidence. The room and ensuite were great, breafast offered varied choice and the position was close to the piazza and main shopping area. The staff helped us too. |

Hôtel très bien situé géographiquement à Venise, à côté du Pont des Soupirs donc très proche de la place Saint Marc! Hôtel beau, très propre, personnel agréable et prix très abordable!! Petit déjeuner super. |

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, helpen graag om wat extra's te doen. Mooie locatie, zeer dicht bij de Sestiere Castello & Riva degli Schiavoni (Boulevard met uitzicht over de laguna va Venetië). Ook erg in de buurt van het San Marcoplein (5 min lopen) Beetje gedateerd, ontbijt was niet "je van het". Zeer karig |

Ho apprezzato l'atmosfera ed il confort della stanza con arredi in stile veneziano e parquet; l'ospitalità del personale; la posizione (tra S. Marco e l'Arsenale); la vicinanza dei mezzi di trasporto pubblico che grazie alle rampe installate sui ponti di collegamento sono agevolmente raggiungibili con trolley al seguito....; |

Bra läge. Vänlig, artig och kunnig personal. Snabb service till frukosten, kaffet kom på några minuter. Herrarna i receptionen var mycket hjälpsamma och artiga. Kul med Muranoljuskronor och armaturer i rummet. Nej det var det inte. |

We hadden met vier vrouwen - 22, 34, 55, 62 jaar - een vier persoonskamer geboekt. Hoewel we gevraagd hadden om vier gescheiden bedden (die vermeldt staan), bleek er een twee persoonsbed en een uitklapbaar stapelbed te staan. Eigenlijk een gezinskamer dus. Vijf minuten na aankomst werd er vanuit de receptie gebeld of de kamer wel naar wens was, omdat we geen gezin waren. Maar we vonden de kamer prima, mede door de twee badkamers. Het ontbijt is van de overbekende smakeloosheid en onverschilligheid zoals je die té vaak aantreft in dit soort hotels. Vieze koffie (en dat in Italië!). Slecht brood, zweterige vleeswaren en vieze kaas. Sap uit tapapparaat dat naar plastic smaakt. Kortom: onpersoonlijk. |

El buffet de desayuno es bastante completo. Cabe destacar también la limpieza de las habitaciones y que en general está muy bien ubicado, en una zona muy accesible al casco histórico de Venecia. |

La cercania a los puntos principales de la ciudad y la amabilidad del personal, siempre atento. Lo único es que a veces al entrar en la habitación habia un olor un poco raro debido al alcantarillado que habia debajo. |

Le personnel est avenant, les chambres sont climatisées mais on peut éteindre la climatisation, bonne insonorisation dans les chambres, la propreté des chambres. La qualité du petit-déjeuner est moyenne, les lits sont un peu mous et grincent un peu. |

Situación magnífica a buen precio. Ideal para llegar en taxi acuático desde el aeropuerto porque tiene un embarcadero en un canal contiguo.Perfecto para familias por la amplitud de las habitaciones del ático con terraza. Trato del personal excelente. |
