The hotel was in a good location for visiting Parma and the surrounding area..It was a 15 minute walk to the centre but was easy to complete.Staff friendly and efficient.The breakfast was a good start to the day. |

The Hotels website advertised tea & coffee making facilities, but I had to ring reception for them to bring stuff to the room. However, they did not bring any cups or milk, so I had to collect them from reception. They then took the cups away again the next day. Given I was walking with 2 crutches at the time it was a little difficult to carrry the stuff and I was not offered any assistance. This was the only real bad point though. |

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is situated a good 20 mins walk from the centre of Parma. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, however the Bar was pricey, consequently only had just the one drink there! I would recommend this hotel. |

The only thing that we liked in this hotel was breakfast The air conditioning did not work, there was a speaker connected to TV in the bathroom it wasn't possible to turn it off, the staff was not rude, but was lazy and reluctant to say anything. |

The a/c was feeble and it did not cool the room effectively. Fortunately I had a north-facing room that was also very quiet. Since the room temperature stayed about 25c I decided not to risk a move to another room |

Fine room with modern bathroom. Parking free in front of the hotel. Situated near citycentre of Parma (about 10 minutes walk or by car: easy to park the car in the cityringparking). |

Quiet location. The hotel is quite a far bit outside Parma but the hotel lend you bikes free of charge and it is a good way to have a look around. The air condition was quite useless in my room (no 417) luckily it was not that hot yet (June) but I would not like to stay there in August when it is as hotest. |

Hotellet hadde en fornuftig pris og lå ganske tett inn til sentrum av Parma. Vi fikk desverre en dårlig erfaring. Min kone og jeg fikk et rom som aircondition-anlegget på rommet lakk væske utover gulvet og det var en forferdelig lukt. Vi tok dette opp med en ung dame i resepsjonen men hun bare avviste vår henvendelse med at de ikke hadde flere rom ledig.Når vi sa at dette aksepteres ikke fikk vi et nytt rom! Makan! |

Hotel staff was really unfriendly. He cut off my registration page of passport by his mistake in front of me. But even he didn't say sorry. That's why I changed all my schedule and I had to pay extra money to go ambassy in rome. Anyway I don't recommand this hotel. Also It's far from city center! |

Friendly and efficient staff Television reception was awful, choice of stations inadequate and you need to provide more French-TV news channels, not the dreadful tv5, and more English-speaking stations besides cnn. You also need to provide free internet access. |

Me sorprendio la decoración, moderma, muy agradable, las habitaciones amplias, el hotel es muy cómodo, cuenta cun lugar para dejar el coche,lo cual para ciertos viajeros de vital, sobgretodo en italia. donde los parkines son escasos y muy caros. |

L'accueil, la chambre spacieuse. La facilité pour ce garer. La salle de bain. La grandeur du lit et la fermeté du matelas. Le petit déjeuné, Parme étant la région de la charcuterie et celle de l'hôtel n'était pas à la hauteur. Le café, ou cappuccino de la machine pas génial. Il faut demander au personnel d'en préparer un vrai et c'est meilleur. |

Το κλιματιστικο ηταν εκτος λειτουργιας , η λεκανη στο μπανιο ηταν ψηλη για ατομο υψους κατω απο 1,65μ. Το κομοδινο ηταν ξεκολληνενο οπως και η πορτα του ντουλαπιου του ψυγειου. Η βεραντα ειχε στηθαιο υψους 1.50μ περιπου. |

L'accueil et le professionnalisme du personnel à la réception, mais la qualité de la chambre était un peu basique au vu du classement de l'hôtel. Hôtel situé un peu loin de la ville pour un établissement spécifié "en centre ville". |

La cortesia e la disponibilità del personale, inoltre un buon assortimento del buffet colazione. Le docce sono scomode, a partire dall'impossibilità di direzionare il getto dell'acqua, per finire alla mancanza di igiene che comporta la tendina, sarebbe meglio tutta in plexiglas. |
