Hotel staff was really unfriendly. He cut off my registration page of passport by his mistake in front of me. But even he didn't say sorry. That's why I changed all my schedule and I had to pay extra money to go ambassy in rome. Anyway I don't recommand this hotel. Also It's far from city center! |

Friendly and efficient staff Television reception was awful, choice of stations inadequate and you need to provide more French-TV news channels, not the dreadful tv5, and more English-speaking stations besides cnn. You also need to provide free internet access. |

When reserving our room, we let them know we had 5 people and listed the kids ages, asking if that would be a problem.When we e-mailed later for reconfirmation, they wrote back "confirmed." Upon arrival, we were told that we could not stay in one room after all and had to pay for 2 rooms (extra 85 euro per night). We had no other option, as it was too late to look elsewhere for another hotel. |

This hotel is situated in very nice and convenient place of Parma. Very quiet and green area, close to train station and just 10 minutes on foot to the center of the city. Friendly staff, clean room and good restaurant. Quantity and selection of TV channels. |

Clean, comfortable, recently renovated. Excellent breakfast with Parmesan cheese and ham. Friendly staff. Very comfortable, extra-size beds, and cool bathroom, By foot it is too far from the city center, however easily accessible by car or by bus. (Taxi costs appr. 8-9 euros from the center, or 5-6 from the railway station.) |

Uitstekende service van het personeel.Perfecte kamer. De binnenstad is te voet redelijk te bereiken. Wel rekenining houden met 15 a 20 minuten lopen. |

Ordentliches Frühstück mit frischem Obst. Die Lobby des Hotels war eine einzige lärmende Baustelle. Der Lift funktionierte nicht, also selbst Koffer schleppen (kein Hilfsangebot der Rezeption). Das Restaurant war geschlossen, eine Alternative fehlte. Der angebliche deutsche Fernsehsender (SAT 1) war nicht verfügbar. Weit entfernte Lage zur Innenstadt, ohne Auto schwierig. |
