Quite close to rome city center - by taxi. Otherwise, it's a 40 minutes walk. Staff was not aware that Switzerland has joined schengen and that no passport is required. Air conditioning would only HEAT, forcing me to sleep with the window open. Street in front of the hotel is extremely busy and noisy. Internet was simply not working. I had to wait 45 minutes to checkout and get a taxi. |

Bathroom was fantastic! Free internet was a bonus The beds were hard and if you had a window on teh road side the traffic noise was very loud into the night. Rooms are not sound proof and you can hear your neirghbours. |

The receptionist was very helpful particularly when I'd left my rucksack in the taxi I'd used from the airport. he rang the taxi firm and arranged for my bag to be delivered to the hotel the next day. |

Nice and helpful staff. Because tea machine was not working, we've got every evening hot tea with lemon from restaurant (gratis). Lift was claustrofobic, max for 2-3 people. We could easily hear noises from corridor. |

the room was clean, nice staff and the location starting with 9:15 no more food available for breakfast and no more re-supply as the waiters were pretending they didn't noticed |

Very comfortable. On a good bus route route that took you quickly into the centre of Rome. Also only a short walk away from the nearest Metro station. Some reasonable restaurants/cafes along the street and just around the corner.Very pleasant ambience to the hotel. One problem is that there are no stairs. Everyone must use the one lift and it only holds three people or it is overloaded. There is a lot of waiting by the lift door to be done and this is irritating when your taxi is waiting for you in the street outside or other deadline to keep. Bearing this one problem in mind, give yourself plenty of time to move about the hotel. |

The staff, especially Ernesto were great. Very helpful and friendly. The rooms were modern and stylish, with ultramodern bathrooms. |

Hotel is situated right opposite to a bus stop from where one can go to main places like colleseo, termini etc... and also its just 10 mins walk from metro. Hotel is very much suitable for couples and a small family. Only thing I would ask the hotel authorities is to put a shower curtain in bathrooms. They have excellent bathroom in each room but adding a shower curtain would make it even more better. |

The cleanliness of the room and the hotel staff-Monica was especially helpful. The beds were too hard and there was no way to control external light coming into the room. The shower door did not close, allowing water to come onto the flloor, the safe did not work and there was water dripping from the ceiling next to the bathroom. Also, the elevator was too small for as many people as there were. |
