The cleanliness of the room and the hotel staff-Monica was especially helpful. The beds were too hard and there was no way to control external light coming into the room. The shower door did not close, allowing water to come onto the flloor, the safe did not work and there was water dripping from the ceiling next to the bathroom. Also, the elevator was too small for as many people as there were. |

location, price, friendliness personnel, breakfast, metro very close, very clean one crappy elevator for entire hotel, construction going on, bit shabby rooms, noise from traffic, only italian television. |

Nice view from the restaurant, room and facilities were good. At first we didn't get the room we reserved (double bed at front of hotel instead of the desired twin beds at the back of the hotel), but this was corrected after the first night. |

Very friendly staff. Convenient location: not too far from metro and shopping on Apia(10 min walk), bus stop in front of hotel, city neighborhood but safe and quiet in the evenings. |

Ottima posizione per visitare il centro, a due passi dalla metro e dalla fermata dell'autobus;ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo;camera con splendido panorama e tranquilla. Da sottolineare la cortesia del personale, sempre gentile e disponibile. |

Il bagno era stato appena ristrutturato... Meraviglioso! Il resto della camera nello standard. Comodo per la metro a poca distanza. A colazione c'è Giancarlo! Simpaticissimo!!! Ascensore lentissimo e programmato male. A volte capita di aspettarlo per molti minuti. |

Aamiainen oli suhteellisen hyvä. Kohtuullinen etäisyys metroon n. 300m. Hotellin vastakkaisella puolella katua oli suurehko ruokakauppa jossa oli hyvä tehdä ostoksia. Ilmainen wlan yhteys hotellin asukkaille! Ehkä negatiivisin asia oli se että respa (reception) oli kakkoskerroksessa eikä hissillä päässyt suoraan ulos vaan piti vaihtaa toiseen hissiin (taikka kuljettava portaita) minkä vuoksi piti aina kävellä respan ohi (tarkkailun alainen ja siksi vähän ahdistava) joskin henkilökunta kyllä oli ystävällinen. Selittivät turvallisuus syystä, ettei hotelliin tule asiattomia. |

La disponibilité du personnel et sa gentillesse notamment à l'accueil et surtout au moment du petit déjeuner.La vue sur la ville depuis la salle à manger. Le temps d'attente de l'ascenseur. La chambre sur rue laisse un peu entendre les bruits de la rue. |

Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävillistä ja ymmärtäväistä. Aamupalahuone oli melkoinen, näkymät kaupungin ylle. Kylpyhuone oli mielettömän hieno ja moderni, kaunis ja käytännöllinen. |
