The Hotel felt like home. Had a beautiful courtyard in the back. You could sit and relax and have a dring or coffee. Staff very helpful and friendly. I recommend this to other people.
Not much. Everything was good.
Stairs between the entrance door and lift makes problem for carrying the loggages.
Big value for money Very clean, close to ancient Rome Breakfast room on the top, with view over the city
I like the warmth of the staff, especially Gianfranco, my parents and I have been traveling to Italy for more than 20 years and always stayed here before heading south to the beach, because of the way they were treated. They were always remembered and as they got up in age the staff always took special care of them.Gianfranco became their third son and my brother, keeping in touch after we would be back in the states. The hotel is not super fancy but not super expensive either The morning breakfast is great and delicious the rooms of the hotel are nice and clean and the view from the dinning room is fantastic.
some rooms are not updated still nice though.
The administrator was not nice to us, lie about our booking. We had booked 3 beds room, but got double room with a extra bed. I don't recomed to no one to chose this hotel :((((
- Location near Colosseum, 20 min by walking - Friendly staff - Comfortable rooms - Very good breakfast
Very bad elevators to the rooms Very long waiting either to go up or down the elevator. I ask the person on my first to fix the a-c and nothing was done.
So comfy and reliable. Thanks
Value for money! Excellent staff and clear hotel. Nice breakfast thanks to the people working there. Metro station 7 minutes long. Also you can take the bus (line 87) opposite hotel.
The bus always late and full of people
Everithing was amazing. The room was clean, staff were great. Loved it. Ask for Veronica at the desk, she's very helpfull
Very close to public transportation (subway station). Wide choise of breakfast with a nice view of Rome from the dining hall.
The rooms with street view are a bit noisy.
in the classic bw range, clean, great breakfast, i enjoyed the added italian specialties, nice view of rome from the 5th floor. comfortable bed, small window, made the room a bit dark but since i didn't spend much time there during the day it was okay. good supermarket right across the he street.
bathroom was very narrow and i kept hitting these glass shelves on the wall when i was inside, making a lot of noise. they could have broken, not very safe. also the toilet flushing system is a bit difficult. floor very cold, bring slippers. long-ish walk to the subway.
Location wasn't good and they didn't have a simple thing like ice cubes. Im
This hotel is ok, staff are friendly and helpful and breakfast was adequate
It was very loud at night, the shutters didn't help at all. Also the lifts are terrible, very slow and only 1 tiny lift for 8 floors, often had to walk up and down which is tiring after a days sightseeing. Breakfast on the 8th floor, so had to walk up every morning as lift was never available
Location is fine if you dont mind walking about 10 mins to subway.
Breakfast is disappointing. Very poor quality and small choice. Lift is terrifying. One male receptionist was not helpful and rude.
Friendly & helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Room &cleanliness very good.
Location. Not many restaurants nearby. Too much graffiti on nearby buildings.
Excellent location, friendly & very helpful staff & really nice breakfast. Would definitely stay here again
On a direct bus route for all major attraction. Metro very near also. Staff friendly and helpful, especially around catering for a gluten free breakfast.
Room was very nice, very clean
Lots of graffiti outside the hotel, although this isn't unusual for Rome
View from the 8th floor bedroom
Lift very slow in the morning when people wanted to get going
Location, view from 8th floor
- Very clean - Breakfast buffet is suffecient - Very good location outside the noisy city center - Hotel is fully renovated - Free coffee serving machine at the entrance - Staff are very Good
The location of the hotel was excellent, garage parking within 100m(at an additional cost but as advertised). Room was clean and spacious, breakfast was not exceptional but varied for most tastes.
Bar/bistrot not open even though advertised as so. With a three year old child this was one of the reasons for choosing the hotel as restaurants do not open until 20:00. No air conditioning in room, temperature must have been in excess of 30 degrees. When I phoned reception to request a fan for the room , I was told there was no ac and then they hung up, very rude!! Also when we went up to the top floor to see if the bar/bistrot were open the waiter was also very rude and blunt. The lifts are very small, only fit 3 people and with no other means of access to the floors above mean you could be waiting a considerable time. All in all, some nice features about the hotel, I would definitley not be staying again.
The facility and staff are nice. Wi-fi is easy to connect and fast. Cost is fair.
Location is good. Although a little bit far from center station but still within 10 mins walk of other stations. Can take bus as well.Breakfast taste is not good.
Location is excellent just 3 mins from Metro station San Giovianni. Very nice Staff at the Hotel, Breakfast not hugely vairied but for the price very good especially the selection of pastries. Room is ok, nothing big but always clean and cleaning service always good. TV service was excellent.
It may be better to note check in times. We had on paper that check in was at 12.00 but in reality was at 3pm - but nothing to make a big fuss about since the hotel staff is very kind and they held our luggages and went out to enjoy Rome and checked in later.
