The location if perfect: it's quiet place near the subway station, grocery store, food market, pizza bar and a couple of coffee bars. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly and really help you as much as they can.

The breakfast is quite poor.

There was a smell from the bathroom when we arrived, but after a night with an open window it completely disappeared.

All the employees in receptionist were very kind.They gave me a lot of information for my trip The hotel was only five minutes away from metro station. Not a great breakfast but a descent one

When i was having a shower,the water was in the next room. It was expensive. I didn t like the neighbourhood,although it was safe one. The floor was smelly

The front desk staff was very helpful. Location is very good, Breakfast lounge has a nice panoramic view of Rome.

The small elevator meant waiting a lot for going up to the breakfast lounge, or down to get outside. We stayed for 10 days and room got very dusty. Housekeeping didn't do their job very good.

Very helpful staff, convenient to the Metro and priced right! Enjoyed our stay and will stay there again when in Rome!

The toilet appears to be recently renovated so it looks good. The window in the room is great as it is dark enough if you want to wake up late and we have a balcony in our room :) The hotel staff make the hotel even better with their service. Transportation is good as there is a bus stop almost right in front of the hotel.

The room does have an LCD tv but I couldn't tell it was recently renovated and sometimes the noise from outside could come in but we thought it was okay not that big of a problem. Not a lot of selection for breakfast but this is normal for Hotels in Italy.

Good central location for exploring Rome. Easy near by parking (for a daily fee). Clean room with great bathroom. Helpful staff and good breakfast.

Lack of tea and coffee making facilities in room. Very temperamental lift which really was not big enough for the size of the hotel and resulted in us frequently giving up the wait and using the emergency staircase.

Vado sempre al Piccadilly quando sono a Roma. Mi trovo bene sotto tutti gli aspetti.

Cosiness

The Hotel is very clean and well located, 5 min. From the San Giovanni metro and 5 min. Fro the Papal Archbasilica of St John Lateran. The Staff was very usefull and caring (especially Monica) in helping us with advises, directions etc. The breakfast buffet is just outstanding. We did meet with others vacationners visiting Rome and they could not believe all we were getting at the Piccadilly. This is our second stay and we will return.

Hotel was located fairly close to attractions as it was only a short bus or metro ride. Free wi-fi and good views of Rome. Room was also clean and tidy.

Some of the staff could have been a little more friendly. Breakfast could have been better as there didn't seem to be enough Cups, saucers or cutlery to go around for everyone. As a result there were lots of empty tables not set up for next guests as there were no cups, saucers or cutlery on them. You had to ask before they would give you anything and this took time.

The bw Hotel Piccadilly is a great hotel to stay for a few days in Rome. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room is clean and comfortable and the location is ideal for bus service in all directions as well as driving into Rome. There is also a pay parking garage just a short walk away. The buffet breakfast is very nice and includes everything needed to start your day.

I was recommended by my son who went for honeymoon last yr. The hotel is excellent. Extremely friendly staff. Metro just 5 mins walk away. Everything is accessible. I would love to visit again. New clean rooms

Great location, friendly staff who speak English, large comfortable room with well stocked mini bar.

I have stayed in this hotel three times now and have had excelent service each time. Great value for money and very friendly. I won't stay anywhere else in Rome now.

Hard to find anything I don't like about this hotel. Maybe the size of the lift, I'm clostrophobic.

The exterior could do with being updated as it doesnt look too nice from the outside, especially as once you get inside its like a different hotel
