Luckily received 40% discount. Had a great stay for 24 hours. Visited Verona for dinner as hotel quiet and expensive. A bit out of town. But a beautiful villa. Is it worth 349 euro per night for location probably not for more than a night.

soggiornare in un posto simile è un lusso che tutti dovremmo concederci almeno una volta .Molto ben inserita nella villa è la collezione d'arte moderna e contemporanea con opere dei migliori artisti internazionali , tutto lo staff del personale si è dimostrato disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza ( ringraziamo in modo particolare Chiara ) Notevole la pulizia dell'hotel e anche quella del giardino . Esserci stati fuori stagione ci ha fatto sentire coccolati dal personale ,inoltre era come se tutta la villa fosse stata da noi riservata , a nostra disposizione . Speriamo di poterci tornare al più presto ... wi-fi a pagamento dopo la prima ora

Hotellin ilmapiiristä, henkilökunnasta ja sisustuksesta. Kylpylän suihkukopeissa ei ollut lukkoja. Uimapuku päällä oli hankala peseytyä.

Sehr schöne Zimmer, schöner Spa-Bereich und freundliches und bemühtes Personal! Unser Auto war am Hotelparkplatz geparkt worden und am nächsten Tag war es an der rechten Vorderseite beschädigt!!! Das ist ein absolutes No-Go für ein "Leading Hotel of the World"!!

Cet hôtel est synonyme de perfection. Mariage de l'ancien et de l'art contemporain absolument remarquable. Un établissement exceptionnel à découvrir absolument. Personnel très attentionné.

расположение, оформление, приемлимый баланс цена-качество отсутствие возможности воспользоваться услугами бара в помещении отеля до 15.30!!!зарезервированный заранее, предложенный ужин перед спектаклем, сервированный в помещении для завтраков, по принудительному меню, без возможности выбора "а ля карт" - не соответствует уровню отеля и разрушает праздничное настроение!!! всвязи с не совпадением расписания работы ресторана отеля с расписанием начала спектаклей в арене, мы не смогли попробовать высокую кухню ресторана.

La décoration, l'art contemporain à chaque instant, la beauté de l'environnement et la gentillesse du personnel, malheureusement trop rare. Y-a-t-il un directeur dans cet hôtel ? En vain nous avons demandé à le voir ! Les problèmes : difficile de se faire couler un bain ! Le débit de l'eau est si faible que cela prendrait des heures. Pas un verre, pas une bouteille d'eau dans la chambre. C'est assez rare dans un hôtel de luxe. Mais surtout la piscine était fermée. Elle n'ouvre parait-il qu'en juin. Tant pis s'il fait chaud et beau. Les clients de l'hôtel étaient furieux. Nous, nous avons exigé qu'on nous y installe des transats, même devant la piscine vide. Et, après avoir fait un scandale, qu'on nous y serve un repas froid. Le personnel semble en sous effectif. Et la direction est invisible. Pour obtenir un verre au bar, il faut le réclamer à la réception. Cet hôtel magnifique, où nous avons déjà été, et que nous aimions tant, semble en difficulté. Et si à l'arrivée on nous a accueilli lors de notre départ, vidé de son personnel, personne n'a pris la peine de nous saluer.

Die gesamte Anlage, das Design restauriertes Palais mit popiger Kunst kombiniert, Die Lage in den Weinbergen, das Wunderbare Frühstück, Gratisshuttle nach Verona Es hat gleichzeitig der Fussballclub Fiorentina im Hotel genächtigt. Dass die Spieler am Tag vor einem wichtigen Spiel vor "gewöhnlichen" Gästen abgeschirmt werden möchten ist verständlich, das geht aber sicher auch in einem freundlichen Ton den anderen Gäten gegenüber.
