The room size was fair enough.

The front desk people all of them. The front desk staff were always busy to talk with someone and not really friendly to the guest. Their attitude is just business like. There is no hosipitality spirit. The wireless LAN function was weak in the room, PC could not connected for internet.

It is incredible they could have four stars and no elevator, small room and no help with the luggages in the way out. Absouutely unnacceptable when charging more than us$ 500 for the second night. There should be supervision of some italian state agency to prevent customers from getting cheated.

The receoptionnists were not even able to give directions to reach the hotel from the train station, nor they felt any desire to do help in any way.

good location, clean rooms, good breakfast

we paid for the platinum room, but stayed in the gold room (we complained on day of leave/payment without result and received no answer nor compensation after contact by e-mail when back home)

The location was excellent - we were very pleased with our stay. The staff was very accomodating and the room was lovely. The breakfast was wonderful, with a much greater selection than the usual continental breakfast. Would highly recommend the hotel.
