ジャグジー付のバスルームはとても広く清潔で気持ちよく過ごせた｡部屋も（ゴールドの間）落ち着いた感じでよかった｡ 初めてだと場所が分かりにくかった｡住所だけでなくフェニーチェ劇場近く等、表示しては如何でしょう? |

清潔で落ち着いた雰囲気はよかった。 照明が暗めな感じがした。もう少し、間接照明があってもよかったと思う。また、ホテルの場所がわかりづらく行き着くのに苦労しました。DVDが設置されていると聞いて、ソフトを持って行ったが、配線されておらず、見ることができなかった。（コードすら置いていなかった） |

部屋がとてもきれいだった。DVDが見れた。 駅からとてもわかりにくいところにあった。４人部屋にしたが、４人分の枕がなかった。思ったより狭かった。 |

別館の方に宿泊しましたが、ジャグジー付きのお風呂で大変満足でした。スタッフもイタリアとは思えぬ、感じの良さでした。朝食が簡単なモノでしたが、それ以上に立地、キレイさに帳消しできました。 |

Well actually when we arrived at the hotel they put us in another of thier hotels and this was actually very nic eand we were happy with the room and the location. Only a little hsard to find the place and had to ask a few people when we were close by. |

The staff were nice and had cleaned room. durng our extension for one day, we were booked for the 3rd floor. It's quite difficult going up and down coz no elevator. |

Loved the history of the hotel, the staff and the room size/ammenities The only thing we felt was a bit high was the price....we felt that $250/night is a bit high and we were hopein for a bit better deal considering the economy. |

Loved our stay at Albergo Ca' Alvise. Had a little trouble finding it at first, but with a good street map, no problem. Rooms were clean, good sized and the bathroom was huge by European standards. Breakfast was adequate. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others. The hotel does not have an elevator. |

Very clean and centrally located hotel.Staff friendly and welcoming.Quiet area of city and extremely quiet within the hotel. Breakfast limited in choice of food and quite cramped when busy.No lift. |

Service very good, staff execellent, only two complaints - the safe in the bedroom was broken and we were unable to get even one english programme, but there was a print out every day down at the desk of the english news. |

The city was great. Our room needed re painting. There was not hot water for the first 2 days. Staff were not understanding when i complained about not haveing hot water. Staff unfriendly went out of their way to give you misleading information regarding the water taxies etc. No coffee, but a kettle? |

I liked the central location of the hotel very near to St Mark's square. The staff were very helpful. The decor in the room is nice. I didn't like the food served at breakfast not a great selection, the room was also very cramped. The hotel is way overpriced for what you are getting more like a 3 star hotel. The hotel is very hard to find very poor directions provided. It took us 1 hour to find it from the Rialto waterbus stop it should have only taken us less than 10 mins. Apart from the decor in the bedroom I thought that the rest of the hotel was very tacky it wasn't what I had expected. |
