A great location, very close to the grand canal and easy walking distance from the train station. Staff were helpful and it was good value for money for Venice. Simple breakfast but adequate. |

it was a very typical venice palace, good located, attended by a very friendly family. It is difficult to reach the first time, perhaps there should be a map explaining better the way. |

Very friendly welcome from the staff. The room was clean, the breakfast was fine and the staff great. There was a lot of noise outside the room where they prepare and serve breakfast, which meant that we were woken up about 8 o'clock. Also the curtains in the room did not close. There was a net curtain to provide privacy, but day light came in from dawn, so again you were woken early. Not so much of a problem when we stayed in October, but would be bad in the summer. |

The staff was really friendly and although the breakfast was small, there was a selection to choose from. The room and bathroom were very clean. The location was absolutely perfect though. You couldn't have picked a better spot for shopping and eating. It was hard to find and Saturday night there is a disco nearby that we could hear in our room. |

The location (5 minutes to Rialto Bridge) and there is an area of many shops for good prices. Hmmm, nope. The room was a little bit too small, but it's normal for any 17th-18th century building in Venice. |

We were givena junior suite which was a lovely surprise. The bathroom facilities were much better than in other Italian hotels I've stayed in. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was informal and relaxed which suited us. The breakfast was a little disappointing, the coffee was thick and strong! There was not much variety to eat. |

lovely venetian rooms, great location on a quiet street - facing the Canal Grande [some rooms], close to the landmark Rialto Bridge - which was a big plus [you'll see why when you get there and try finding your way back to the hotel]. breakfast was only fair, there are no other facilities except for those in the room - the hotels consists practically of some rooms with a door man [no lounge etc] |

Localisation. On peut visiter Venise à pied Chambre désuète. un peu spécial de devoir monter au 2e étage pour aller aux toilettes. Un peu dispendieux , mais tout est dispendieux à Venise |

La disponibilité du personnel / le fait que l'on se sente un peu comme à la maison / la baignoire Balnéo dans la chambre Casanova / le calme de la chambre / le quartier animé / la rue à la sortie de l'hôtel qui donne sur le canal / En bref, TOUT !!! La chambre était un peu sombre, mais on pars pas en vacance à l'étranger pour rester dans sa chambre... Donc rien à dire |

Niewielki hotelik, bardzo rodzinny, kliematyczny w starym stylu. Muzyka klasyczna Vivaldiego do śniadania i obrazy Canalettoa w pokoju. Świetny wyrozumiały personel, zawsze pomocny. Czysto, miło i pzrzyjemnie jak w domu. Recepcja niestety czynna do 20.00 wieczorem, ale można się umówić na późniejszą godzine przybycia (nawet 24.00). Śniadania jadałem lepsze, ale w Wenecji tak chyba bywa ;) |

ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta, huone oli hiljainen ja riittävän pimennetty yöllä, aamupala hyvä, sijainti hyvä huoneen lämpötilaa oli vaikea säädellä, koska ilmastointi kytketään päälle vasta toukokuussa. Yöllä oli tuskaisen kuuma. |

Bien placé, en plein centre ville mais légèrement décalé dans une ruelle très calme. En cas d'arrivée tardive, le gérant de l'hôtel vient vous chercher au Vaporetto car l'hotel est compliqué à trouver la 1ère fois. Minuscule salle de petit déjeuner, très peu de tables et surtout seulement des tables de 2. |
