Right in the centre of Venice, easy access to all attractions. Staff very helpful and guided us well about city.

It was a very pleasant short stay in Venice. I like the kitsch that goes with the hotel. The location is great. And being served a nice cup of coffee at breakfast was quite nice.

    Nothing to take note of.

I travelled with my mom and we liked the location and the accommodation as well. We liked the owner: he is really nice, calm and helpful. I wanted to give for my Mum that unique "Venice"-feeling and an outstanding atmospheare, this hotel was the best choosen for my plans. ;)

Finding the hotel was a little bit difficult (but the staff of the nearly restaurant was really helpful!) and the opposit kitchen of the restaurant was a little bit noisy at night but we were so tired every day that wasn't problem anymore........ Thank you for everything!

Very helpful & friendly staff Comfortable room, lovely and bright, but shutters to darken the room if you want a sleep in. Windows opened to a courtyard, nice and quiet. Great location, close to a dock that is on the line from the airport, and never needed to take a water taxi to explore the city. If this is your price range this place is an extremely comfortable stay. Wouldn't definitely stay again.

Location was awesome. Dorsoduro is hands-down the best area to stay if you want to get away from the tourist scene. Size of room was great, bathroom was very nice!

Hot water ran out in the evening. We got eaten by mosquitoes all night (despite windows being closed and killing all of the ones flying around before we went to sleep. We noticed blood stains (ew) all over the walls from previous guests trying to kill the pests like we were. Made our stay pretty miserable. Probably a problem in most of Venice, but there are likely hotels that have less of an issue.

The hotelier was kind and helpful, and spoke good English. The location was fantastic: easy access to every part of the city (including Giudecca and Lido) and close to one of only three bridges over the Grand Canal. The room was pleasant (table and chairs, wall safe, air conditioning) and breakfast was fine. Excellent value for money.

I can't think of anything! THANK YOU.

Carlo was very hospitable, was very knowledgable and happy provided much information. The location was close to many of the major spots and the ferries were not too far away.

The main building is a good hotel and Carlo and Nicko are good men

BUT two of Carlo's rooms are in an adjacent unit to the main hotel and are above a restaurant and next to a school. In these two rooms the noise can be horrific. How one avoids getting one of these two rooms is totally beyond me !

Video showing how you reach the pensione from the vaporetto stops. Helpfulness of manager. Location. Own key to come and go as I pleased.

Wi-fi was tricky to access. Room floor needed cleaning. Toiletries were not replaced.

Great location, just 10 min to San Marco. Newly renovated. Great stuff.

Smell, but I think that this is the problem for the most Venice hotels.

The location was awesome, it is like your own like Venetian townhouse hidden amongst the all the must see places. I would definitely stay again.

Prefer a softer bed and more pillows and a larger breakfast buffet.

Carlo is the perfect host. His communication prior to our arrival was invaluable especially as Venice is a difficult city for the novice to get around on arrival. Carlo was very attentive and polite. It was our first trip to the amazing city of Venice and Carlo's knowledge and advice was excellent. The B&B was in the perfect location for exploring Venice on foot and in easy reach of the main tourist attractions. Ca' Centopietre was clean and airy. We had a room with en-suite which he kindly upgraded us to and it was perfect. The breakfast was fresh and just enough. We will definitely be going back to Venice and we would choose to stay at Ca' Centopietre again. Perfect location for exploring Venice. Karl & Kate (UK).

    Everything was perfect.

Extremely good location - close to very friendly small cafés/bars, and short walk to sights, facilities and water transportation. And very quiet. Good buffet breakfasts. Owner extremely pleasant, helpful and informative - couldn't ask for more.

Bedroom could use a little more space, but this is a comment rather than a complaint. Would be hard to increase space without losing the charm of the building.

TERRIFIC location; short walk from all Venice attractions. Carlo was quite friendly and helpful. Included breakfast was very good.

The room temperature was within acceptable range; but I'd have preferred adjusting it a few degrees and could not seem to figure out how or even if that was possible. The shower area was so small that it was really difficult turning around to bathe properly.

Very good location, Dorsoduro, close to Academia, Zattere and not far from train station (20 minutes walk).

Awful room. The bed is very uncomfotable, bathroom is too small, especially shower cabin. And you here everything what's going on in the opposite room :) And if they flush the toilette it sounds like it is in your room. I guess for this price the comfort of room could be much better.

The B&B is peaceful, clean, and exactly what is presented online. Carlo, the owner, is accommodating, kind, and helpful. Facilities are lovely and centrally located.

Some street noise that could bother some people.
